We were able to send her photos of our space and what we were thinking of, and she was immediately able to tell us what she thought and an approximate cost. We also rented letters from Alphalit, who the balloon shoppe works with, to complete our space. They were here right on time to setup and were a joy to be with and talk with. While in the shower at home at 9:30pm I received a call from an unfamiliar number but no voicemail. I assumed they would have left a voicemail if it had been the company looking for their generator, so didn't think anything of it (I've gotten a ton of spam lately too). However, I went to church to finish a few things this morning and the inflatablr was gone. I called the company to see about the generator, and asked for a timeframe for pickup, as we didn't just want the generator sitting outside to ensure it was safe. The receptionist said she'd give me a call back. An hour later I called again, and was given another phone number for someone (unfortunately can't remember the name), but haven't been able to get ahold of them either. Now the church staff has gone home for the day so they had to just set the generator outside in a busy area of Bloomington. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of communication this time.
