They're open until nine and wouldn't fill balloons for the rest of the night. Wouldn't let me use the open helium tanks either. Just slow and lazy. Teenagers have it rough filling 1 balloon a minute. Really it's terrible management. You lost at least $100 in the line I was in alone. Other people left too. I can imagine cutting off balloons four hours before close on a weekend?!?

I've found items that I wanted, bought and picked up balloons with no problem, encountered helpful and friendly employees, and checked out with no issues. SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE…read more I needed at least 57 cubic ft of helium for a weather balloon launch my friends and I were doing (for GISH). This shop had the best prices of the couple I was calling around to on a Saturday, needed it same day. The mid-size was WAY more helium than I needed but it was cheaper than buying two smaller sizes still (and worked out because we totally ended up using around 90 cubic ft, they helped estimate for me upon returning the tank). So anyway, good prices, they didn't charge me a deposit for the tank (most places do), they helped answer some of my questions and seemed genuinely interested in what I was doing and what GISH was. Upon return, different shop assistant, same experience! He was super helpful, and seemed interested in our silly weather balloon adventure. They even allowed me to return slightly after hours (I was running 10 mins late past 5, due to rush hour). So from start to finish I just found them incredibly kind, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. On top of competitive helium pricing. Yay!

Very poor customer service. I had bought a necklace for Halloween that I decided not to use. When…read moreI brought it back to return I was told they stop packing Halloween returns on the 24th. Today is the 26th. I explained it was not open and within their return policy. The clerk told me no and also had a manager tell me no. Now the dollar amount was no big deal, but the story gets better. I asked for their corporate number and was given a customer service number instead. They said the don't give out the corporate number. When I called and finally got ahold of someone I told them my complaint,but then the person told me they were with UPS not PartyCity. Having returned home, I called the store again. This time I was given an entirely new number. When I called this number I only received a voice recording. So I called the store back to speak with Human Resources. After ringing for a moment, a recording came on to say the voice mail was full. I'll never shop at Party City again, and I will encourage others to shop elsewhere as well.

She truly made our vision come to life with a smile on her face. We were able to send her photos of our space and what we were thinking of, and she was immediately able to tell us what she thought and an approximate cost. We also rented letters from Alphalit, who the balloon shoppe works with, to complete our space. They were here right on time to setup and were a joy to be with and talk with. You can truly see their creative minds flow as they set up the big balloons and add in tiny ones and novelty balloons.
