The website listed and showed a photo with at least 3 gladioli, 6 hot pink carnations, pink alstroemeria, pink asters and green huckleberry. The actual arrangement that showed up contained 1 gladioli and 6 red carnations with a few ferns. Dried out and not anything like the photo for this bouquet. This bouquet was not even worth half the price listed on the website. I complained to Teleflora and receive 21.00 off which basically covered the delivery fee. Very disappointed with this product and as mentioned flowers were dried out and not anything like the photo online.

I stumbled across her webpage when met with the daunting task of finding our officiant. I loved her warm feeling and words on her page. I feel in love with her instantly. I read up on reviews and they also beamed endless positive and amazing reviews. It was clear that Shawna loves everything LOVE and warm fuzzy feelings. Within moments of connecting with her, it felt as though I was catching up with an old friend from years ago and no time had passed. We met up in person for champagne and snacks! We got to meet her husband and got to know her better too! We spent 2 hours all 4 of us just talking! HAHA! It was a fun memorable meeting that definitely didn't feel like a "meeting"! Shawna picks up details you don't realize you communicate. She really got to know us, chatted with us like we were close friends and she is just.... Real. She's so much fun and knows how and when to poke fun wand joke with people to loosen them up and get people giggling! Our rehearsal was actually a fun experience and she worked well in a time-crunch we had. I'm so thankful that she did that before we read our vows to each other because I was SO nervous and trembly for some reason, but that laughter loosened me up and it got out the jitters so I was able to speak clearly and didn't shake or stumble/cry when I read my vows. We had so many guests tell us how much they enjoyed our fun and light hearted wedding ceremony as opposed to other ceremonies that can sometimes feel stuffy and boring. The next morning I received a personalized text with the picture of the arrangement they made for my order. They're right - not once have I ever seen a real picture (from the business) of an arrangement I've delivered. The arrangement is just as described and identical to what was online. This is very reassuring as a customer and I am definitely going to use them for all my future local deliveries!

The flowers, which were supposed to be deep purples and burgundy to create a moody accent, are instead a mix of peach, pink, and fuchsia. The wedding coordinator and the mother of the bride spent a significant portion of the photo session trying to rework the centerpieces to better match her vision, but there's only so much they can do. They end up pulling out flowers, discarding them, and replacing them with white roses purchased from a grocery store. As a result, the mother of the bride misses most of the photo session. After sending a complaint to the florist the following Monday, an apology is received, but the damage is already done, and there's no way to undo it.

Also the delivery person didn't verify she was around and just dropped the flowers off on the front porch, it's winter mind you, and so some of the flowers were wilted upon receipt. I expect far better quality from a local business, I even reached out to their customer service and they never responded. Terrible customer service, abysmal flowers, why waste your time. I'll stick with 1800 flowers next time, they at least respond to inquiries and rectify the situation.
