Trying to exchange the exact same costume and was told to call customer service for them to tell me they can't do anything and it's up to the stores discretion. The "manager" then said he could not allow it due to not wanting to lose his job, yet customer service said it was up to them. Customer service was unable to service the customer so what was the point of being asked to call them. Store is a total rip off.

Our family was of course wearing our masks. A family in front of us walked in without masks and I asked an employee at customer service if they were enforcing their rules. I am pregnant so this is very much a concern. The lady responded "we haven't really confronted anyone not listening to our sign. Would you like me to?" I said "I mean, we are in a pandemic and it is a rule and you have signs so yes please." She went and confronted the family and pointed to me saying I was uncomfortable with them not wearing masks!! We left. I complained to corporate and they pretended to care for about 2 seconds saying I would hear back and they were looking into it. I ordered a fine, full-circle wool cloak from Dina Flockhart and I could not be more pleased. She…read morewas as patient as a saint while walking me through all the ins and outs of fabrics, cuts, etc.; please note that it was on a Sunday afternoon, while most people are not working... Dina walked me through all the possible options, and despite me changing my mind mid-way through the purchase (which I do not recommend :-), she was as nice and professional as could be. Most importantly, I received a wonderful cloak! It is well made of quality materials and it is actually meant to be worn daily, not just for a costume party (although she'll make those, too, if you ask...). Dina has obviously studied historical clothing and her creations are the real-deal with regard to function, fashion and materials (this is coming from a history buff, renaissance fair participant, and lutenist...). The end result is a very nice, heirloom quality cloak, that I can throw on anytime, for a walk in the woods, or just throw on to stay warm during a chilly GA night... The fit is perfect, tailored to my personal measurements. The neck fits correctly and the length is just right. The cloak drapes perfectly off of my shoulders to the right length so that it looks perfect and it's functional (like a garment should be), so I don't trip over it while walking around (just like a real cloak should be...). I expect this garment to give me many years of wear and enjoyment. Thank you, Dina! I will be returning to your store soon...
