I didn't know this store existed in the westend until I was looking up Halloween costumes online…read more They had a great website with the costumes and prices so I had an idea of the ones I wanted to look at. The location is great in Mayfield Common with a big parking lot. Entering the store, the first few aisles were filled with Halloween merchandise. Great for decorating the home, office, and parties! The wall has all the costumes with price, and number. I took down the number of the one I wanted and went to the check out. The cashier called for the number and I waited a minute or two. The associate brought out the wrong one but I went back with him and checked the wall. He promptly brought it out. I was happy with it and went to the check out. They have a good 30 day return policy on Halloween costumes so in case I decide on something else, I can return it for a refund. They tell me the costumes are selling fast so if you have something in mind, best to pick it up soon. They have a good variety including superhero ones. I didn't really shop in the rest of the store but it seemed they have everything you will need for a party! They also have big helium foil balloons which would be great for a child and entice shoppers at the till with candy for 12/$1.

Why not put the instructions on the top, near the top or inside the box or unit. Why hide it under my name?

The sales lady came to take chairs we were clearly using (four guests, four coats etc.,two were standing with me in the change room because she wasn't helping me do up the dresses-they were, and I had to tell her not to take half the chairs from us to give to another party). She was supposed to be checking on a specific colour for one of the dresses and told us multiple times she needed to call and find out, but each time she came back and we asked, she said she had to find out still. Very unprofessional . My appointment had run over- because we were waiting for 20 minutes for them to begin with, and a second sales lady told my maid of honour that I could only try one more dress on because other people needed my change room. After a 40 minute "appointment" where my bridal party did more work than any of the staff, we decided to leave. I would never ever rent from them or purchase a dress from this place. We were made to feel very unwelcome.
