If you've seen one Party City, you've pretty much seen them all! This one seems to be a little…read moremore cramped than the one I'm used to in South Common, but it is very well stocked and seems to carry all the same items as the other locations. I really love Party City - I would shop here a LOT more if the prices weren't so high. But they carry almost everything you can think of. And they have a great supply of costumes even when it's not near Halloween - which is hard to find sometimes! Along with costumes, they also have a great variety of themed dinnerware, serving bowls, Party Favours... oh! And more balloons than you could ever need, along with Helium. I've never seen so many different balloons... and they come up with some pretty great arrangements for them. The thing that I purchase at Party City more than anything else - are little plastic Dixie cups with lids. I make Jell-O shots for almost every party I go to, and so I usually stop by once every 2 - 3 months for these gems. They're perfect for what I need them for.

In addition to having a few specific rows for Halloween Costumes, the rest of the store is filled with all different types of decorations. I needed 80's decorations for my event and didn't want to order on line so I appreciated that the store shelves were stocked and I could walk out with everything that I needed. I also appreciated that when you buy balloons from them that you get them filled up for free in store. It was super busy so if you just want to walk in and walk out with your balloons already done and not wait, then I would recommend making a pick up time for your balloons. I went in about 3 different times for more options from this store and each time all of the staff was friendly and helpful (even when they were being treated disrespectful by a rather rude customer). I will skip the frustration of the one in south common and make the trip here!

However, I spoke to the owner today and was provided an extremely legitimate and understandable reason, and I do not feel bad about it anymore. Furthermore, they are not only refunding my package completely but they are offering to provide a summer bouncy castle rental at our house free of charge in the summer to help make up for the inconvenience. I am absolutely willing to give this company another chance, and I am reneging my previous negative review in light of the new information.

Sorry for the long reviews guys :) My sister got married on my families acreage this summer and we rented tables and chairs from them.When they arrived (early) to set up for the wedding,they where very amiable. The younger gentleman (Donovan I believe... ) was so pleasant. My sister changed her mind on the set up a million times(lol, seems like that runs in the family) because she wanted everything to be just right (you know how brides can be) and Donovan was still able to for fill my sisters every request. I would definitely use them again.
