READ MY REVIEW!!! My name is Dahlas Babnick. I am a young woman who has ALWAYS strived to be someone who pushes for service that goes above and beyond. I am a event coordinator for Pour House on Market in downtown Denver. When it comes to decorations, balloon inflation and great customer service THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE. Not only do they go above and beyond, they make sure that you feel appreciated and respected. Every time I walk into this Party City I feel like the day has already gotten better. (For all of you that work here) Thank you. You give me so much joy. I APPRECIATE YOU. P.S. You all deserve raises read more

The 2 young men who helped me on a busy Saturday deserve a raise. They were professional and honest when I needed balloons quick. They also seemed very knowledgeable about the store and the process. When the line got busy, they made a great effort at juggling everyone to keep things moving smoothly. read more

I came to this Party City for some balloons once. I remember the prices not being too bad. The store was well organized and clean. The staff that work in here are friendly and helpful. If your coming here for a Halloween outfit, make sure you come here many weeks in advance to ensure they have an outfit your looking for in stock. read more

Party City - Bingo - Party Supplies Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Kids love balloons. Adults love balloons. Where do you get balloons? Party City. The one off of Quebec is a little tough to find, just look for Home Depot as well as Goodwill and you're getting warmer. Lots of potholes in the parking lot and Walmart is just across the street. Not many people's idea of a good time. Going to Party City in the suburbs on a Saturday isn't my idea of a good time either. Unless you order online in advance, plan on a 25-30 min wait for your balloons to be blown. All that aside, their sheer selection of balloons is pretty epic. Giant, shiny, musical - you name it. $20 or less to make someone's day a bit more special is well worth it. read more

I needed a last second party kit and party city was able to hook me up with no problem. They are open relatively late so it's perfect for those who need to run errands after a closing shift read more

A lot of places have forgotten what customer service is however Patrick was very helpful. I figured when I seen his badge he would've been a manager or a supervisor but he wasn't and that was very surprising because he didn't just do his job he went above and beyond in providing great customer service! read more

I ordered a last-minute, same-day birthday balloon delivery and it arrived on time abs perfectly as ordered!! One of their staff even called me soon after I submitted my order just to verify what I wanted to send and was very friendly through the whole process. Highly recommend this Party City location! read more

Suuuuuoer unprofessional staff The male manager answered the phone and said "were busy so can you place Your order" I said I did place my order and got an email saying it was canceled. So when I called the first time the lady that answered the phone said "our online doesn't match what's in the store we're Trying to fix it" I said Okay cool I was fine with that. So I go back online to find another costume and before placing the order this time I wanted to make sure they had it. So same last answers And said "oh if it says it's in stock then it is in stock" so I told her well ten minutes ago when I called you you told me a different story.. so she puts me on hold. This time I'm recording the convo. So the pink little boy that answered says "we're busy so can you place your order" I said I am a busy person too. I want to make sure I'm not wasting more of my time. He said I'll go check in back for you. He THINKS he puts me on hold. But doesn't and I can hear him and his whole staff talking sh*t on the phone about me lol. And then says I won't go look in the back for it... just tell her I did. What a joke! I'll take my money and time elsewhere! Such a shame cause I order a lot thru them for the company I work at for supplies and our grand openings. Not anymore! read more

Party City has a very nice and extremely helpful staff always has what I need to get my party started

This is the Party City I head to when I inevitably find myself in need of something like helium tanks or last minute photo booth props and I have to say the people working here are amazingly friendly. They aren't the fastest workers I've ever encountered so don't be in a rush, but they always greet me when I come in the door and if I linger in an aisle for a while or stumble around looking at stuff someone always asks me if they can help me find what I'm looking for. The store is also always clean and fairly well laid out so finding what I need is rarely an issue. And if you belong to an organization they'll give you a frequent buyers card that gets you discounts when you spend a certain amount. Which is pretty, pretty cool when you party as much as I do... read more

I want to P-A-R-T-A-Y! Party City is not my destination of choice and honestly I think this is the first time I even walked into one. This place could be dangerous for me, so many sparkly things for me to buy. When I have a child I can see this place being a home away from home for birthdays, special occasions and balloons. They have something for everything, and I really mean everything. On my first visit I was looking for New Years items and boy oh boy did they have a lot of choose from. They had a multitude of plates, napkins, 2014 tiaras, 2014 glasses, hats, noise makers, and so much more. I would watch the prices, they can add up pretty quickly if you just go for the grab and don't look at the price (I'm guilty). The next party I have I will definitely think of Party City for all my decoration needs. read more

This place is so poorly ran! It is not the first time its been so disorganized. Its new years eve and they have 2 people working. Line wrapped around the inside of the store. Poor planning to say the least. Very disappointing to see a place the COULD meet demands but does not plan accordingly read more

No matter what type of party you are planning, Party City will have what you need. They have great cards for all occasions, they offer seasonal items, and of course great deals on balloons. My friend, Ms. Tiffany, covered a lot of what I was going to say but she did not mention my favorite thing about Party City and that is CANDY. They have all kinds of fun size candy, all shapes of candy, retro candy, and seasonal candy. They have pixie straws, marshmallow eggs, nerds, malt balls, giant sweet tarts, candy necklaces, and wax coke bottles. And if you miss the "candy room", there is a row of it at check out. read more

Overpriced on a lot of things, but they do have some cool themes going on. It's the only place I can find candy buffet jars that are decently priced. Candy is way overpriced, but I can get that at Wally World cheaper. Bathrooms need mad attention, they're icky. read more

I would rather go to Dollar Tree but Party CIty has a better selection...sometimes. I called ahead to ask if they had punch ladles. The associate had NO idea what I was talking about. After explaining to her what a punch ladle was, she told me they had them. I went to the store right away and imagine that, they didn't have any. It was super frustrating. The same thing happened to me when I called the location on Colorado Blvd (in the University Hills Shopping Center). The associate "had some" and of course they didn't. Wish the customer service was better. There's always room for improvement people! Yeesh! read more

Wow if u want slow service, extremely slow employees with no sense of urgency to get your customers out of a huge line this is the store for your party needs. I really like how it takes 2 employees to fill one balloon when there is a line and only one cashier. I won't be back, plus Walmart wad next door, cheaper and pretty much had the same stuff. read more

This is the worst run store ever, there 25 people in line and one cashier. Are you kidding me These guys need some serious help Will not shop here again read more

Super upset with my visit . I'm only here couple times a year so it's really upsetting when you go and have such a bad experience.. First I walked straight to the balloons bc that's the only thing I was going for and 1 of the girls at the register wasn't even wearing her mask property. The girl rudely asked my sisters and I if we were ready to check out, when she had just seen us walked in . I told her we were there to buy balloons she didn't say anything and walked away . She made us wait for couple minutes while she just talked and laughed with her coworker , they both kept looking at us as if they were gossiping about us . She then yelled at us to come up to the register as if she was waiting on us . She didn't say a word , didn't even asked about the balloons & didn't even give me my total . She took about 10 min to fill up the ONE balloon we had bought. As we waited the other girl helped another customer & charged her for balloons they didn't even have . When the customer asked for her money back the girl checking her out rudely gave her back her refund and was giving her coworker the annoyed look .. After she had given us the balloon my sister asked for a receipt and they again looked at each other then laughed ... Don't know about you but that to me is such such poor customer service put them girls in the back to stock or don't even have them in the store at all. read more

Horrible customer service and apparently teenage children need to be quiet and not touch anything even while their parents are standing right next to them. They will be threatened to be kicked out. I primarily shop for parties I have for my children, so if you don't accommodate them in your store, then I will not shop there. read more

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I've looked everywhere to email the company, but I cannot find anything. Let me just start with, I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this particular store in the last week for my daughter's FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY! I placed an order for balloons at the beginning of last week to pick up on Saturday right before the birthday party. I realized the day before that I needed to change the pick up time, so I went into the store and asked for the balloons an hour earlier. The man that helped me was great, and I wish I could say the same about all of their employees. I showed up to pick up my daughter's balloons the next morning at the time that I requested and they couldn't find my order. When I gave them the receipt, the girl helping me said "well of course they're not blown up yet, you're an hour early." I was not an hour early... I requested that time would be changed, which it was because I saw it on the top of the paper that she pulled out with my order. She blew up my balloons and I walked out of the store. Now, I should have verified that I had all of the balloons before I walked out of the store, but I didn't. That's my fault. I got to my car, put the balloons in the car, but again, did not pay attention to the balloons that I placed in the back of my car. As soon as I got to the birthday party, I realized I was missing a balloon. (Big Silver Foil 'a'") I figured that either I wasn't handed the balloon when I picked them up OR the balloon wasn't tied correctly when they attached the ribbon. I called the store. The lady that answered was BEYOND rude. She responded with "The girl that blew up the balloon knows she gave it to you, so it's your fault that you let it blow away." I let her know that my husband would be coming in to buy yet ANOTHER $10 balloon to complete the spelling of my daughter's name. When he arrived, he asked for the balloon and paid for it. He was standing in the store, waiting for the balloon to be blown up and the employees start talking in Spanish amongst each other saying "That's the husband of the girl that called saying we didn't give her a balloon. Make sure to give him the receipt and tie the ribbon to the balloon the right way." Little did they know, he speaks Spanish. He responded with "Yes, she is my wife", grabbed the balloon and walked away. I am beyond mad at the disrespect and the customer service we received. How hard is it to be nice to people???! I was nice the entire time and got nothing but attitude and disrespect each time I was in the store. Never Again. read more
