I placed an online order on 7/6/22 for in-store pickup but found the items I needed at another Party City (in Buckhead). Immediately called the East Cobb store (7/7/22) to let them know that I no longer needed the items and that I'd like to cancel the order. I was told by Molly that the "manager" would cancel the order and process a refund. A week later (7/14/22) I called again and explained that I had not received a refund yet. Once again, I was told by Molly that the "manager" (in quotes because there doesn't appear to be anyone actually managing anything there) would look into the order and call me back. To date, I have never received a call and I still have not received a refund - it's been two weeks now. I even called the store AGAIN two days ago (7/19/22) and left a voicemail because no one answered the phone during business hours but there has been no response. Unacceptable, East Cobb! Had to give you a one star simply because zero stars was not an option. Nothing left to do now but dispute the charge with American Express. read more
