Definitely the most unique Party City I've ever seen! The COVID-19 percautions they are taking, are all employees and customers are required to wear masks, as well as social distancing being enforced. It always makes me feel safe to shop when there's a mask requirement! Inside they have all of their Halloween animatronics setup! It's so fun that they have them setup so that you can interact and see them before possibly purchasing any. Beware! They are all on sound sensors so they may turn on out of nowhere! And the Smiling Jack one has a shovel that pops up super quick! Be sure it dosen't hit you! LOL! Anyhow, I had a super fun experience here and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The store seems a lot smaller than the Barrett Parkway store. It's about that time to start to shop for Halloween costumes so I started in that area. Here's the BEST part of my experience; the girl that helped me with the costumes was AWESOME!!! So helpful and really customer service oriented. BIG KIDDOS to this girl! I was actually shopping for a "fiesta" type event and was really upset to find that there was really nothing that I could use to decorate. Now, you would think that even though it's not Cinco De Mayo, a party store would have some festive stuff like this right?? Well wrong. They did not. I had to compromise with Halloween type things. The only thing I did find was plastic Margarita glasses (thank God). When I approached the cashier she was not very friendly. There was another customer who asked if they had any "Halloween type jewelry". The other cashier stated that they really didn't, only what was at the front register. Well, I had just spent an hour in the store and saw a TON of jewelry throughout. Being brought up in the service industry my instincts wanted to kick in and say "We have a TON of Halloween themed jewelry, what exactly are you looking for"? So moral of the story is, this store is smaller, has some good employees, but could use a good service training.

A nice lady in a spider man costume had a little iPad and you tell her the number and size of the costume you want to try on, and your name. Then she tells you to follow this little path marked by Halloween stickers to a table where they give you your costume and you can return it if it dosent fit. This is a very prompt system and is much better than other Halloween stores where you have to search through unorganized shelves to find the right size

We get them for all special occasions i.e. birthdays, valentines, etc., as well as "just cause" balloons. I found this store online and decided to give them a try for my wife's bday. I got 9, 24" balloons. The staff did an AMAZING job filling them. What stuck out the most was they were all the exact same size. A lot of times a store will fill some all the way up, and some partly up, so they look mismatched, not the case here. They also chose really pretty matching strings for each balloon, and even tied the knots perfectly. They have tons of un-inflated balloons to choose from as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially loading the balloons into the car. They have customers in us as long as we're in the area, which should be a very long time. Can't recommend them enough.
