I was looking for birthday balloons for a 12 year old. Their selection is massive! A bit overwhelming for myself who is indecisive. The balloon selections are all blown up and displayed on the wall for you to see and each one has a number. You then tell the staff which number you want and you go pay for the deflated balloons. Then you take them to get inflated. They were not too busy on a Sunday afternoon and estimated it would take 20 minutes. They were ready in under 10. While I waited I browsed through their Halloween decorations and costume selections. The staff was kind and I appreciated their time and patience with me. It was a great experience.

That's fine but you could have had a sign up or made an announcement instead of letting us wait in your long line for nothing. Meanwhile there were three other employees in the store standing around doing nothing and nobody was filling any balloons.

Decorations, favours, and small toys --- this is the place to get 'em. I love that I can pick a colour -- pink, green, red, purple, green, well, you get the idea --- and I can get disposable plates, paper hats, streamers, balloons, and all sorts of festive paraphernalia in that colour. I can get paper pineapples, costumes, Dora the Explorer notepads, rainbow beach balls, bridal tiaras, and Paw Patrol crayons. Or Hawaiian leis, dinosaur napkins, or lobster cups. This place beats the dollar stores for inexpensive, disposable consumerism. The variety is truly impressive.

Luckily they had a spot available before her birthday! I booked the Princess and Me Birthday Celebration which includes a Princess of your choice to attend your celebration, a mini makeover, Princess performance, a royal coronation, and a mini cupcake and a pink lemonade. The entire celebration is an hour and is quite pricey. However, I felt like it was totally worth it! Ariel was in character the entire time, got my shy daughter to participate, and she was a good singer. Everyone enjoyed the birthday celebration and even the adults were impressed.
