I located Kerry's party for less and called to speak with Kerry directly, her personality is contagious and uplifting with a happy tone with such sincere dedicated towards her business she certainly is passionate about. I ordered a number of balloons with great direction from Kerry's recommendations that were exceptional to meet my expectations. Kerry delivered the balloons herself to set the balloons up in the various areas we discussed adjusting them throughout the home in preparation for my daughters Shower. What amazing customer service and dedication I received. I was looking for birthday balloons for a 12 year old. Their selection is massive! A bit overwhelming for myself who is indecisive. The balloon selections are all blown up and displayed on the wall for you to see and each one has a number. You then tell the staff which number you want and you go pay for the deflated balloons. Then you take them to get inflated. They were not too busy on a Sunday afternoon and estimated it would take 20 minutes. They were ready in under 10. While I waited I browsed through their Halloween decorations and costume selections. The staff was kind and I appreciated their time and patience with me. It was a great experience.

When I returned with my cousins two days later, I expressed that I was disappointed that they didn't set aside the large order. The primary issues started when we asked to count the items to verify quantities before signing off for them. Krishna, the sales girl became flustered and we found that they short on the items when the manager came out and insisted quite bluntly that I needed to sign the rental contract. When I stated I could not until we got the actual number of items on the invoice as we would be charged for these on return. The manager, got the owner on the phone and she, "Told us she didn't want our business and to leave" and they would return our money. At this point several clients where leaving, the manager and Krishna became expressly aggressive and threatened to call the Police, even though we were actually leaving. CRAZY! I was happy to give my money to another business. My advice: Take your money elsewhere! When you are forced to sign a contract based without having all the items, WATCH OUT! They will charge you for an ENTIRE set when you return. These guys are CON ARTISTS!
