The shop has a whole range of tools for modeling and painting under the "Citadel" brand. while they are decent tools, they are incredibly expensive for what they are. a pair of clippers will run you 40$ without tax, paints will cost you about 6$ a pot for about 12ml of actual paint, and a small bottle of plastic glue is about 10$. the pricing for tools and glue is very expensive and for this reasons i looked for alternatives. i found cheaper tools and glue for a fraction of the price, so i could buy more miniatures. This did not please GW, the manager of the store asked me to leave for having a bottle plastic glue out that wasn't "Citadel" brand. even though every time I'm in there I buy something to support the store. i found the store to be trying to rope in newer customers and push people away from there store who have experience in models and have their own tools. The store has completely turned me off from buying any Citadel products and has off put me from continuing to support their brand. I do NOT recommend newer customers or parents researching this hobby for their children go into a Game Workshop store, The way they treat their Customers is horrible, they drive out anyone looking to save a bit of money and demand that you be loyal only to them. if you wish to play Warhammer then I highly recommend looking for a Independent retailer. they are MUCH better then Corporate Games Workshop stores.

However, they carry varying amounts of supplies so you might have to go online to buy them if items are not available in store. BTW 1) They have a point card where you could get 10% off each time you purchase something and collect the amount you paid (ex. Pay $15 = 15 points). 2) When you are shopping online, you will get free shipping if you buy things that add up to $39 or more.

Seriously, I used to just hang out here as a kid because it's an art store, I'm an artist and the staff is great. It's a very clean store. They always have what I need and things I didn't know I needed. The prices are far superior to Michael's and better than Curry's. Plus the discounts are great and the rewards program is solid too. Oh and did I mention it's animal friendly? I can take my dog for walks in Petsmart and Deserres, Oh and also the customer bathroom is pretty cool. And free bags, who needs to pay a nickel for a bag? Online pick up orders are a breeze (a lot of the time). I have noticed that online inventory may not always match inventory in the physical store if you are planning to pick up an online order. Also, a handful if (ex. Lego sets) may take a while to be restocked or has a bit less stock in store compared to other locations.
