Not even "professional" looking. If I wasn't 4000 miles away I could have bought two bouquets for $20 each at the grocery store and combined them for better, we all know that is true. When I politely asked the owner if we can make these more special for my Mom on her special day she talked over me loudly and said there is nothing she will do. No care by her whatsoever. You only have one chance to make a lovely impression when you send flowers, this florist is not going to make that impression for you.

I had asked for delivery of flowers to my home while I was at work, and my wife had slipped out for an errand. The delivery driver left the flowers WITH OUR NEIGHBOR. I'm not sure why this is considered a "best practice" but the driver did it. We would have gladly gone back to the store to pick it up (vs. had them re-deliver)...but that's what happened. However, that wasn't the issue. When I called to ask about this practice and the clerk answered, the level of customer service was absolutely appalling. She was argumentative and was not at all open to why this neighborly drop-off might have been not acceptable. Overall - I can forgive the delivery, but the level of customer service and the attitude I experienced on the phone, we will never be using this company again.

Fantastic greenhouse…read more They've been open the whole way through the pandemic and doing a great job of limiting customers at the door, making sure everyone wears a mask and wiping down the cash area, carts and providing sanitizer around the store. Unlike other stores, I've seen workers confront anti-maskers and escort them from the store. The girls are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, happy to make arrangements and talk about the plants and flowers. The soil guys out back are very helpful and strong! Remember to tip them! I've seen some reviews about the owner, but they're very one sided. I've been to the greenhouse frequently and started gardening a lot. I've only ever seen the owner stick up for his employees when they're being belittled and berated. Again this is only a few instances, but I can only imagine that the people with 1 star reviews of this place are also the types of people who don't get their way and tell their version of what happened. With that out of the way, they have a fantastic inventory and honestly considerably cheaper than other greenhouses in the area. It's no wonder that there's always a lineup.
