She got lucky at the very end of the year to be in a group dance for DiD 1st Nationals @ Disneyland,CA. It turned into a trio and being able to dance with Caitlin & Nevaeh felt like she was walking on water. Madison really wanted to be in more group dances, but she was blessed to be in what she could for DiD. With her solo, Trio and be apart of photo shoot (Which was a blast to her). Our heart and soul will be forever with DiD. We love all the coaches. They are so amazing. We had the opportunity to watch Madelynn grow into a phenomenal successful talented woman, watch Stephanie dominate heartbreak into a scorching and thriving career with her blessed talents in beauty and in the art of dance. Everyone I've spoken to has been so helpful. The receptionists spent time going over the package options with me for my short stay here, the instructor I met, Riri, was great and had a really good, challenging class! The location has ample parking, the studios are beautiful - I was so shocked to see two stories and multiple rooms hosting classes simultaneously. The director maliciously conned my brother out of almost $4k making him believe that tuition wasn't being paid. The parents of the other dancers harassed my niece after there was a misunderstanding between the dancers. Instead of mediating and getting adults involved they bullied my niece right out of the door. They have shady business practices, to say the least. They don't win competitions. Their costumes are dated. Their material compared to the other dance companies at the competitions are lackluster. If you want to join a professional dance company, this would not be my recommendation at all. Respectfully.

I've been attending this gym (3-5 times a week) since July 2019 because I moved to the area and…read moreneeded to keep on my exercise regime. Before Life Fit, I was a member of F45 (6 months) and Gold's Gym (20 years). In my last 2 months at F45, I could sense that my progress had plateaued (which always eventually happens if you've worked out consistently for a solid period of time). Due to my move to the area, I fortunately happened upon Life Fit while taking a new route home from work. I took the free class and was hooked (despite the no air conditioning, which eventually is a small price to pay for the tremendous benefits). In just 3 months of going to Life Fit, I feel as strong and healthy as I did in my 20's (I'm in my mid-40's), have reached an ideal bodyweight and BMI, and truly enjoy EVERY workout (as grueling as they are!). The foundation of this gem of a gym is the owner and employees. ALL of them genuinely care for each person's health and well-being. It's nice to be greeted each time you walk through the door and given a verbal and figurative pat on the back when you leave. In addition, it's motivating for me to hear a trainer (i.e. Fabian) say my name attached to a "good form" or "keep it up" while I'm in the midst of a tough set. Both Adrian and Fabian have helped me with my form on numerous exercises so that I could maximize my efforts. Fabian has sat with me for over an hour to educate me on eating for my body's needs. Valeria and Ms. Maria are always helpful and generous with a personal greeting and smile. All in all, I am grateful for this gym and what it's offering the community and what it's given me. I tell everyone I can about Life Fit. You can't lose (except extra body fat) by attending this gym!!
