I recently had to have my left knee first X-ray and then an MRI. I was able to walk in and have my X-Ray performed about two weeks. the staff was very nice and friendl. I only waited about 20 minutes and within 15 minutes for X-Rays I was out the door. my doctor recommended a MRI after seeing the X-Ray result. I tried to call Partners Staff to schedule the appointment and was immediately put on hold for at least 20 minutes And then was dropped. Very Frustrating!! I finally was able to schedule my appointment. the MRI Technician (Gennodiy) was great. explained everything and played some nice classical music durning the MRI. I would recommend. read more

Poor front office scheduling in Bradenton location. Very unprofessional phone skills. People needing to schedule do not need to listen to someone talking to their computer etc especially when we re sick. Then place us on hold only to get another half professional to pickup where the other one left off ask all the questions over again. Really not very effective. This is medical not a circus . They don't answer the phone. I've waited for 30 minutes, multiple times. If I leave voicemail, nobody calls back. I need a copy of my last mammogram, but I can't get a hold of them. I live 45 minutes away. I ended up making an appointment with a new provider, but now I need a copy of my last results. I cannot get proper medical care if I don't get those results. I may have to escalate this. read more

I had a scheduled trip for my shoulder. I was told a few days later the trip machine was down for repairs. I rescheduled to go to the Sarasota facility. I requested a T 5 machine because of my size and the shoulder brace. Well when I arrived the try to fit me in a T1.5 mri, guess what I didn't comfortably fit and they had the larger machine booked. I told them I had requested it and it fell through the cracks I also had my doctor's order Valium to relax me. I was told they can get me in a few hours later. I had another appointment at that time. They rescheduled for this coming Monday. I'm not sure what to expect. Very Very disappointed with Partners Imaging. read more

The office staff needs to be trained on customer service. They also need to understand how to speak respectfully to customers. Office staff seemed to not know the paper work they are asking you to sign. A lot of the staff have a accent which makes it hard to understand what they are saying. You should be able to understand any health care provider very clearly. I would not recommend this place. There are other places in town. read more

I had the most appalling experience at Partners Imaging on state route 64 in Bradenton on August 15. When I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment, I was told to sign in and take a seat. I filled out all the paperwork and gave them my insurance cards and driver's license. After waiting for a full hour, I said "do they know I'm here?". The receptionist asked my name and date of birth then looked me up in the computer. She told me that my appointment was canceled. I asked her who canceled it and she shrugged her shoulders. The other receptionist said "I got her. She'll be right out to get you." Finally, the x-ray tech came to take me for my mammogram. During my exam she said "you know you don't have to do this." I asked her if I had aged out (I'm 68 years old). She said no but this is a screening exam. What would you do if they told you that you had cancer? She went on to ask, "would you have surgery, chemo, radiation? Would you go through all that?" I told her that I didn't know what I'd do but I recently had a kidney transplant and the rejection medicine has compromised my immune system and my doctors want me to have the test. She said the doctors will always recommend a mammogram but you don't have to do it. I'm a 68 year old woman with white hair and a cane. This x-ray tech made me feel like I was wasting her time because if I did have cancer, I shouldn't bother treating it. I should point out, that I'm a retired nurse with 40 years of experience and I know that this is not the way to talk to patients. I might have overlooked the screwup at the front desk and the fact that they wasted a lot of my time, but the cavalier attitude of the tech really upset me. I was made to feel "less than" by almost all the people who work there. I can't imagine the owners of Partners Imaging would be happy knowing the advice that their staff is offering to their customers. There are many places to have your mammogram done, and this place is definitely off my list. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience. For someone who is highly claustrophobic, I didn't think I was going to get through the MRI. Gennadiy was THE reason I made it through!! So patient and set my mind at ease more than anyone ever has. He talked me through everything even before the actual test. I'm so thankful for him!! Also, I had to do contrast and I didn't even feel the needle go in my vein, he was THAT good at it. Amazing! Can't recommend this place enough. read more

I had a MRI of my head. Mr. Gennadiy had to do contrast in them and he only took one stick of the needle to start the IV. My veins are hard to get and he did it on the first try. Kudos to him. read more

Very professional and considerate. I had an MRI with Contrast, it was such a positive experience. I am seriously afraid of IVs because I have had so many extremely painful experiences. I have a torn bicep that I needed an MRI for. I wish so badly I could remember the young lady at the fronts name. It started with a C. She was an absolute doll! Best staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my entire life. She could tell I was nervous due to extreme claustrophobia. She took the time to walk me back and show me the large and relatively open MRI machine to ease my nerves when booking my appointment. I will never in a million years go to another imaging place. I recently had an MRI at the Bradenton location. Everyone was very friendly and I had minimal wait time. When I requested a copy of my report, I corresponded with Tracy. She went above and beyond to help me access the patient portal so I could get my report copy. There were several employees in that office that exemplify great customer service. read more

Very disappointed that this facility is part of my provider network. Office staff was rude to everyone, wont take appointments for X-rays but then make you wait behind others that do. Demanding co-payment up front for every X-ray without even taking the time to check insurance balances. Then when i did get my X-ray the protective apron was so filthy with stains and drips from who knows what. Needless to say, I have other choices and will not return. read more

The staff at this office is as rude as it gets... My husband has been rescheduled four times and they are not even willing to work with you on that....they expect you to come in when they tell you to and are not even willing to look for more convenient times for the patient. I waited on hold for 12 minutes and then when I told the receptionist I didn't want excuses she put me on hold for another 3 minutes so I hung up and called back and asked for a manager. Tracy was the manager I spoke with and I didn't find her very friendly either... no apologies for their rude treatment of patients.. I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and never would I have thought to treat patients so rudely. read more

Tracy, the office manager at the Bradenton location was very rude on 6/19/2020 when I called to make an appointment. She told me I had to contact the doctor to fax the MRI orders to Partners. She was not willing to request the MRI order from the doctor. I told her that she did not understand what I have been going through with doctors, insurance, and imaging centers. She told me she did not understand and hung up on me. I get MRI scans annually for my Multiple Sclerosis and will never get one with Partners Imaging after the way I was rudely treated by Tracey, the office manager at the Bradenton location. I have chosen to use an imaging center with a staff who is nice and courteous. When I called Akumin to make an appointment they told me that I did not have to do anything, because they fax the doctor for the needed doctors orders. Today February 18, 2021 I called Partners to see if I could pick up a Disk with an MRI of my wife's back from January of 2019 along with the radiology report. I spoke with a woman named Jennifer who said there would be no problem but did my wife have a signed document that would allow the release to me. I told her that I didn't remember. She looked through the computer and stated that she didn't see anything but that I could come in and pick one up for her to sign allowing the info under the HIPPA law to be released to me. I told her I would come in to pick one up which is a 24 mile round trip for me. I did come in to your facility about one our later and asked foe Jennifer. She came up to the desk and I told her who I was and she stated that when we had originally hung up earlier she continued to search for the authorization for release. She said she found it and had the report and disk ready for me. This girl went above and beyond. She didn't have to continue searching but she did it on her own saving me and extra trip and time , very professional and patient friendly. She is without a doubt an asset to your corporation. Please have this copied into her personal file and notify her supervisor that she is on top of her game. I wish I had her working for me before I retired. Thank you for your time.
