His initial communication was very detailed, he was quick to respond, we had multiple great meetings about our event and made us feel confident in our decision. We made multiple attempts to reach him via email, phone, and text over the course of a week with no response at all. Because of this, we had no choice but to cancel within the terms of the contract. Even then, there was still no response, and we ultimately had to go through PayPal to recover our $1,000 deposit. It's incredibly disappointing that something that started off so professional ended this way. Lack of communication at such a critical time created unnecessary stress and extra work on our end. Reliability and responsiveness are essential in this industry, and unfortunately that was not our experience here. Do NOT hire this company.
