Battery light / oil light Check engine light went off

I brought this car two weeks ago because I needed a car desperately after my other car finally went out I was getting gas this morning and my car wouldn't turn back on I got a new battery because the auto part store said yeah it's old and no good replace the battery got the starter and everything checked no codes came back everything looks good but it won't crank pars cars sold me a trash car and said how good it worked and even showed me a car fax and still I end up with multiple lights on and a dead car thanks pars cars for nothing

All the lights on

I was sold a car that was not serviced and I purchased it on 08/02 and brought it back on 08/03 and 08/04 and the Michael told me when you get a car whatever needs to be done on it is your responsibility. They sell lemon cars with no carfax to people with challenging credit. They have people giving reviews before even having the car 30 days. I got a car that was total crap and sold with so many issues that I have videos and pictures of. I told them I dont want the car because it almost killed my family and its bad business to take advantage of someone because of their credit and then I brought the car back on 08/04 because on 08/03 it was raining and the car alignment was horrible on the hwy and almost swerved into an 18 wheeler with my kids aged 3-9 in the car and now they are trying to say the car is a voluntary repo. The car was dirty with cat hair and those cars have lots of scratches and dings and just arent clean and they are definitely overpriced. Dont go here at all go to BBB and read those reviews which are way more honest than michael telling you to do a review the same day to cover anything that might happen in the future. The picture below shows every light on the next day. Dont get caught up here with the as is because they will tell you that a contract was signed and there will be nothing you can do to get out of it. Its been almost 60 days since I have had the car and Mark knows the issues and still wont cancel the loan instead he is trying to charge me over 15k for a car I havent had since 08/03 to turn around and sell it to someone else and make the same money he is trying to get out of me I have so many pictures and videos of the car before I dropped it off. I even drove pass the lot 3-4 times and the car in my name is not even there. So I have no car, a car loan and debt and they wont see how they are wrong and just cancel it why would you mess someones credit up with a repo for a car they had literally less than 48 hrs. These are repo'd cars from auctions that were trash like this company.

Questionable business practices. Added unnecessary fees. Selling you overvalued product at a high price.

Our sales agent was Richard Stuart. He was very helpful in guiding us through process of our selection and financing. Richard's attitude was superb, courteous and friendly. Never did my wife and I experiencing any pressure selling or misinformed information about the vehicle. We were very happy with our purchase and the car was in good condition after a pre-op inspection. Our vehicle had only 59,000 miles on it. Richard also provided us with an extended warranty plan in addition to GAP insurance for our protection. What a lucky buy and positive experience. I highly recommend to anyone seeking the best price , coverage and condition of a new or preowned vehicle to contact Richard Stuart at the Integrity Group in Forest Park. This place is awful. There name is Integrity Auto and they display none at all! I was sold a car…read morethat stopped working the very next day. Yes, the next day! What did they do? Absolutely Nothing. I know there are Lemon laws and vehicles are purchased, "As Is", but expectations are that the vehicle runs longer than one day. I believe they take advantage of women and purposely sell us vehicles with major issues. Ladies beware!!! I'm more than disappointed with this "black" owned business. I should have taken my money elsewhere. Furthermore, you should definitely look into changing your name, because you definitely DO NOT operate with integrity!

I recently decided to sell a car to Carmax and honestly, it was a lot easier than anticipated…read more I highly recommend doing an expedited process by submitting all of the paperwork online in advance. When I pulled up, I signed the paperwork. They did a final evaluation on the car and I was out with my check in hand within 15 minutes. They even ordered me a Lyft back home.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this because I have always been a loyal CarMax…read morecustomer. This was my third vehicle purchased from CarMax. My first experience was excellent, and that's the reason I kept coming back. The service team at that time, especially Ms. Whitney, treated customers with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. Unfortunately, she is no longer there, and the experience with the current team has been the complete opposite. My vehicle was shipped from Alabama, and when I picked it up, it wasn't in the condition I expected. It was dirty and had multiple cosmetic issues, including scratches, paint chips, stains, sticky residue, and damage to the driver's seat. I reported everything within the 30-day period, expecting the issues to be corrected. Instead, what should have been a simple repair turned into months of frustration and four separate trips back to the dealership. Each visit seemed to uncover another problem. Deborah repeatedly forgot items that were supposed to be repaired, which resulted in me having to return again and again. My fourth trip was only necessary because things that should have been completed previously were overlooked. On another visit, after the repairs were completed, the exterior liftgate button suddenly stopped working. The inside liftgate button still works perfectly, so the issue clearly started after my vehicle was serviced. Even after bringing it to their attention, they refused to repair it. The repair to my driver's seat was also unacceptable. The original issue was minor, but after they attempted to fix it, the seat looked much worse. It had obvious discoloration that looked like it had been spray painted. I honestly would have preferred the original imperfection. The customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse. Anthony, the service manager, was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience instead of something that should be addressed. Lorraine answered the phone with an attitude on multiple occasions. Every interaction with her made me feel like I was bothering the staff simply by asking for an update on my own vehicle. One of the most frustrating days was my third visit. I sat in the waiting area for approximately seven hours with my children and received little to no communication about the status of my vehicle. I repeatedly had to ask for updates instead of anyone proactively keeping me informed. Over the course of these repeated visits, CarMax never once offered to provide or reimburse a Lyft or Uber, despite the significant inconvenience caused by multiple return trips for issues that should have been resolved the first time. My time clearly was not valued. I continued giving CarMax opportunities to make things right because of the positive experiences I had in the past. I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted the vehicle I purchased to be repaired correctly and to be treated with respect. Instead, I dealt with poor communication, incomplete repairs, repeated trips to the dealership, rude customer service, broken components that weren't broken before the repairs, and an overall lack of accountability. I finally accepted my vehicle back because I was mentally exhausted from dealing with the situation, not because every issue had been resolved. My exterior liftgate button is still broken, and I was left feeling like my concerns simply didn't matter. This experience has completely changed my opinion of CarMax. The company I confidently recommended to family and friends is no longer the same dealership experience I once knew. I sincerely hope management takes a hard look at what's happening in their service department because no loyal customer should have to go through what I experienced.
