We have been through a lot in the last week. We purchased a water heater through Lowes in Folsom all to install it and find out that it did not work. Lowes refused to return the unit even though their return policy is clear. After how horribly we were treated by so many different Lowes employees we were left in a bind. No one had water heaters and we lost our installer because he had other jobs. Two small children were bathed in cold water because Lowes refused the return and refused to exchange the defective water heater. We got lucky that Ferguson happened to have a water heater! When we got there we were informed it was dented. We were automatically offered a discount because of its condition. When we unboxed it later that night unfortunately it was damaged in four other spots as well. Bummed! Overwhelmed! But the man that helped us went above and beyond! He ordered us a new one and even though we have to wait it's just the actual genuine concern from them that really matters! They didn't second guess returning it either like Lowes! So I would hope this reaches someone above to see that in this day and age compassion and integrity still go a long way! And we are very grateful and appreciative to the man that showed us kindness and went above and beyond to help us!

Levi was one of the few to call me back, come out for the quote when he said he would and provided additional detail when the insurance adjusters asked. And the work they did was amazing. We have a beautiful new deck, the fence was repaired. Sean was great at communicating to me what days they would be working and what projects they'd be working on those days. We were living in the house while they were working on it and I have kids so it was so nice to come home to a construction site that was clean and safe for my kids.
