Title: Paid $205 and $195 for parts, and my ebike still isn't fixed!!…read more I had a very frustrating experience with Teked Mobile Bike Services. I have a Sohoo e-bike that requires 20x4.0 tires (the same size that came on the bike). I provided brand-new 20x4.0 tires, inner tube, and liners for $195.00 on Amazon, ordering it in front of the technician (he shared that when the item comes in, to call and drop off, which I did), expecting professional service to verify fitment before installation. Instead, they installed the tires first and only afterward said they didn't fit properly and were rubbing. As the experts, you should have identified this before the work was done. They then installed the ordered tires, which are obviously not the correct size for my bike, and still charged about $205 total. My bike was returned to me not properly fixed, and I now have to take it somewhere else to correct a basic tire replacement. A professional service should: Confirm compatibility before installing parts Communicate clearly before proceeding. Deliver a properly working result. None of that happened here. I've included photos showing the tire sizing and fitment issues. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR THEIR SERVICE. See their invoice and bill I paid today for a bike I cannot ride, and photos attached. To do this to an Army Veteran who is a widow is absurd. I asked him if he could sleep well at night knowing he didn't do a great job and didn't rectify it, nor charge me less (I will dispute the charge with my bank for non-service): Teked Mobile Bike Services LLC Invoice Paid $140.00 Paid on June 27, 2026, at 3:31 PM TUBE / TIRE INSTALL Invoice summary COMPONENTS / SYSTEMS EVALUATION - eBIKE $35.00 MOBILE OPERATIONS FEE - MINIMUM $55.00 PICK UP FEE - EBIKE (MINIMUM) $20.00 TUBE INSTALLATION (REAR) - eBIKE W/HUB MOTOR $65.00 TUBE/TIRE INSTALLATION (FRONT) - eBIKE $30.00 Online Deposit -$20.00 Online Deposit -$45.00 Subtotal $140.00 Total Paid $140.00
