Title: Paid $205 and $195 for parts, and my ebike still isn't fixed!! I had a very frustrating experience with Teked Mobile Bike Services. I have a Sohoo e-bike that requires 20x4.0 tires (the same size that came on the bike). I provided brand-new 20x4.0 tires, inner tube, and liners for $195.00 on Amazon, ordering it in front of the technician (he shared that when the item comes in, to call and drop off, which I did), expecting professional service to verify fitment before installation. Instead, they installed the tires first and only afterward said they didn't fit properly and were rubbing. As the experts, you should have identified this before the work was done. They then installed the ordered tires, which are obviously not the correct size for my bike, and still charged about $205 total. My bike was returned to me not properly fixed, and I now have to take it somewhere else to correct a basic tire replacement. A professional service should: Confirm compatibility before installing parts Communicate clearly before proceeding. Deliver a properly working result. None of that happened here. I've included photos showing the tire sizing and fitment issues. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR THEIR SERVICE. Replaced my tire and did it very quickly at a very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend

Overcharged for initial service of a spoke replacement and wheel alignment. No consideration for flat tire that occurred less than 1 week after the wheel was put back together. They appear to follow strict business practices (with inflated charges), and will not admit that they could have contributed to another problem occurring. Don't use this company unless you want to pay for returning your bike to a "new" condition. If I had it to do over I would just buy a new bike. read more

Finally dug my bike out of the garage and after multiple long haul moves, it was pretty worse for wear. Had some issues with the brakes and tried to fix them myself, but only made it worse. I made an appointment with Teked. I booked online for a day and time that worked for me. The day of, I got a call about 30 minutes before my appointment letting me know they were available and could head over if I was free. He was very nice and courteous and took my bike into the trailer. About 45 minutes later it was ready to go. He let me know everything they did and I gave it a test spin. It rode like a brand new bike again. The price was pretty competitive with the bike shops we have to drive 30 minutes to, and well worth the convenience (there's a $25 minimum distance fee that tacks onto the price of your service). I'm sold and will definitely use them for any bike needs I have in the future. read more

If you guys haven't used Teked before, I highly recommend this company. It's a mobile bike servicing company who comes to you to service your bike. Saves times and if you want to learn how to fix your own bike, he takes the time to teach you using his tools to give you hands on experience. Anthony worked on two bikes. I had a tune up on both. He affirmed both needed tunes by his detail of the work he completed. I selected his service based on reviews and I can affirm his service is impeccable! I am thoroughly satisfied and with multiple bikes to work on it was worth his services. He was here just over an hour; now I am happy to ride my bike. It shifts great the wheels don't rub, it shifts great on a dime I might add. My bike is tight! We noticed that there are no bike repair shops within 9 miles. Teked comes to you. Thought we'd try them out and it worked out well. The young man has everything he needs in a trailer including power tools. He was courteous, professional and fast. Reasonably priced too. Would gladly use it again. read more

I needed to have my bicycle repaired. I've seen the Teked trailer in my neighborhood before so I called and Anthony was able to come over later that same day. He was on time, very courteous, very professional; he had my bike fixed and tuned up in less than an hour for less cost than I expected.
