The mode switch didn't work when I received it (they did reimburse me for it), the software had to be upgraded, the hanger was broken upon arrival, and now I am missing bolts from the rear suspension. The bike has been in the shop more than it has been at my house waiting for parts. I have ridden it 3 times since buying it in August. This bike has been nothing but a headache and disappointment.
