Used trike was reconditioned and had a low price.I would have paid more than twice the price at any of the other places called. The proprietor spent time adjusting the seat and pedals to fit my wife. Went in to see if they had a part I needed the lady claimed they were more of a "service store" when I used to get parts from the shop before. The staff was rude and kept looking at me didn't ask how my day was going nothing wouldn't even step foot in there again. read more

Impossible to reach! Told us one thing but then did another. Did a good job for what he did. Just went through a lot to get it done.

Bicycle is never done when it's supposed to be. Can never get someone on the phone to confirm either so you end up having to wait for it to be done In person. This last time a tire was put on wrong direction and another wasn't fixed we discussed checking. Now I have to take it some place else anyway after wasting a lot of time already. Please I beg you to not do business with this store. The owner is overly busy and is a complete scatter brain. He is constantly running around in a fit. I brought my bike in for a repair and he originally said it would take a couple of weeks and would call me when it was ready. No call so I called back and he said he was really busy. Still no call after another couple of weeks so I call him and he said he's working on it. I tried a few more times with no luck. After a few months I go back and he apologized and said he junked my bike because I never answered my phone which is false. He then promised me a comparable bike but it never happened. He finally yelled at me on the phone after I inquired about the other bike. I never write bad reviews but this bike shop is absolutely horrible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! I have retired about 1 year ago. I thought I would take up bike riding . So I went into Links and Wheels where Abner measured me for my bike that I had. He spent a lot of time with me making sure everything was just right. I do a lot of miles weekly 120 - 160. He really made my rides comfortable. No back pain or finger numbness. I out grew my bike with the number of miles I was doing. I just purchased a new Raleigh Hybred from Abner . There again , he spent a lot of time with me helping me find a bike the would take care of what I needed and making sure it fit me perfectly. The bike was also at a great price. I know this has been quite lengthy but I just want people to know what a great bicycle business Aber and his wife operate . They have definitely made my retirement enjoyable. Best experience at a bike shop...EVER. Ordered a Raleigh Tokul 24 for our daughter. Abner received it and put it together in just a few days. He then did a complete fitment adjusting brakes, angles, shifters, grips, etc. Bike fits my daughter perfectly...first time I have had anyone go through the time to fit a child's bike that precisely. My boyfriend and his father went in a week before Christmas to pick out a bike. The guy said, "we do not sell bikes here." As they had tons of mountain bikes, trikes, and road racers around... He then began to lecture on Covid and mask, my boyfriend and his father were wearing their mask, the shop owner wasn't. An older white gentleman walked in with a mask did not get lectured and made his purchase with help and my boyfriend received no help and the shop owner lost out on a sale. Talks down about companies that he does not sell for and it's not what you want when you go to buy a bike here it's what he has and what he wants you to have. This guy is a total loser! I don't appreciate being lied to about bikes. I asked them about a certain brand of bikes and they said he doesn't carry them but carries the same exact bike from another brand. And then he started bad mouthing the brand he doesn't carry. Customers are not stupid man, they do their own research. My advise, don't take what he says at face value, always check with other shops. very unethical. read more

This guy is a rip off. I bought an expensive bike cover that shreded the first time I used it. He told me that I bought it somewhere else and acused me of retail fraud. I spent over three thousand dollars in one year in his shop. I would beware of this guy. read more
