Good ambiance and menu. Unusually slow service, even on a weekday evening at the start of service…read morethat should take off several stars, but one chicken dish made up for the annoyance. *The entrees are on the pricier side for a tap house/brewery style restaurant, but worth the cost for the dishes I tried. The chicken/potato dumpling is stellar. The perfect combination of carrots and vegetables and truly a well thought out, elevated dish. *Flank steak dish with poutine was alright. Good for what it was. *Food took 40 minutes to come out, which is a long time when you didn't order appetizers. Waitress made eye contact and realized we weren't served, but didn't approach us to check-in intentionally because she could tell there was a delay. The delay would make sense if it weren't for the fact that we got in as soon as the restaurant opened, on a weekday. Anyway, the chicken potato dumpling dish is the saver of this review. Would come back for it.

They have a large menu with tons of options. They offer their cheap breakfast options which are great with locals and college students. At night they offer a sushi happy hour which is great if you're looking for a late dinner. I ordered the chicken and waffles. They gave me light fluffy waffles with a baked chicken breast on top. I was pleasantly surprised with the chicken. I didn't expect it to be baked. It usually comes out fried. The food was good and the portion sizes were good. I enjoyed my meal. I want to come back here for the sushi happy hour so I will check it out soon.
