I like that I can watch the video camera all day and checking up on my dog. She appears to love it.

Right off the bat when I went to drop off my puppy, the two women behind the counter were extremely nice. They went over everything to expect. I didn't realize I had to bring my own food. They do have snacks and meals for purchase though, such as homemade turkey meatballs, and a chicken protein bowl. The best part is that you can watch your dog live on their WebCam. This definitely gave me a lot of peace of mind to be able to see how my pup was doing and interacting with the other dogs. From 12 PM to 2 PM, the cameras are off for nap time. When I went to pick him up, they gave me a little report card with his mood, the new dog friends he made, and a brief overview on how he did. I definitely think that this is good for dog socialization. Regarding the price, to board your dog it's $69 a night. They also have a weekly enrollment daycare plan: 1-day enrollment: $51/week 2-day enrollment: $92/week 3-day enrollment: $129/week Unlimited enrollment: $184/week

The pricing structure is too complicated for me to explain here, but they are pretty flexible about adjusting to your needs. They have recently changed their system to involve a reservation system due to high demand, but honestly we have never had an issue getting our dog in on a day that we needed him to. They will give your dog a meal if you bring it with your dog. One note, it's best to remove your dogs collar before dropping off, to minimize the risk that they will forget to give you the collar back at pick up. In fact I think under the new system they request this specifically since Covid started.

Had to take him to the urgent vet clinic and my baby has kennel cough. He received a bath I didn't ask for which has me concerned about the care and observation he received. I've been leery of the spot for some time after a few uses because there is no grass for him to pee or play. I've tried to overlook this, but how? Does he just go on the floor? Or in their kennels? In addition the owner's rude and dismissive disposition leaves much to be desired and much to avoid at all cost. Only because 1 or 2 of the front desk workers are kind do I feel regret for having to write this , but never will I ever subject my baby or myself to that facility. My dog's emergency vet bill, the poor care, and the lackluster customer service from the owner has me sold on never returning. An observation: a reviewer from just few days ago, 14 to be exact, made a similar complaint. Perhaps stop refuting the claim and review and clean a bit better, and treat your patrons like supporters and not the enemy. It's on you. NOT US! ***A lesser me would stand out of the spot warning people to not subject their dogs to that place

This lodge will be my go-to for my babies and I would recommend to anyone who needs a trusted place for them to stay. Billy, the man who helped me was clearly very experienced and knew what he was talking about. He had great knowledge and knew the answer to every question, as I was nervous about leaving my dog here. I have no doubt that she had a great stay at Woofs and Wags.

On many occasions we'd come home to a complete mess, to our bathroom being used and not left in appropriate condition, to our belongings clearly touched (moved), and litter left in our trash bins. As someone coming into our home and caring for our animals requires not only respect and care, but also a mutual trust, we were overjoyed to find Kristen! We had total comfort on a recent trip away knowing she was caring for our boys - we received wonderful photos and notes from each visit and we came home to a clean and happy home. My husband and I are tremendously particular, and give how terrible some past experiences have been, and how seriously we take this kind of service, I can safely say that we wouldn't post this recommendation without thinking Kristen is truly the "cat's meow!" She is courteous, respectful, kind to the animals (and plays with them!), takes care in one's home, and always follows a visit with photos and comments. The app and website she works with are easy to use and convenient, and allows for full scheduling and contact as is required. As points many might also appreciate, her fees are either equal to or far better than many other services. If you are in need of a new sitter or walker, or are new to the area, don't hesitate!

We got Stephanie's contact info from our vet, for whom she worked before starting her business. She got right back to me on the same day and asked to come over and meet the cats and get to know the layout of our apartment, which put me very much at ease. She recognizes that every pet is different, and it's important to get to know them and learn about them from their owners before trying to take care of them. She was also very respectful of our cats' behavior and didn't try to pressure them into interacting, and was familiar enough with the medications she'd be administering to recognize when it would be better to skip a dose than to freak out our sick cat further. By the end of the week, he was feeling MUCH better and had even come out for playtime, and our shyer cat - who comes out for almost nobody except us - had come out to visit and play as well! I can say all of this because she left us detailed, twice-daily notes as to her visits, and responded to texts as well (even with a six-hour time difference). When we got back, they were both bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and happy to see us, which tells me that they were glad to have her around. If we go out of town for a similar length of time (or even shorter, potentially), we will absolutely be asking Stephanie to take care of them again. Her pricing structure was also very reasonable (especially for the care we needed), and she broke down each and every cost for us before we signed the contract. I would absolutely recommend her to any and all anxious pet parents who are leaving town, or even if you just need somebody who's great with animals to look in on your furry friends and make sure they're fed and watered and happy. Stephanie was fantastic!
