Not always the greatest people you encounter but it attracts all types of people. Meaning Ghetto and Civilized people. Parking is horrible here on the weekends. Since it is catered mostly to the tourist that is visiting the aquarium of the pacific Weekdays are solid, you will find parking with no problem. Overall, I come here once in awhile pending on the event. Great place to watch a move or chill by the coast. Many restaurants nearby is a plus!

Not sure what the purpose of the outlet name is for as I think the only outlet was Gap. I could be wrong with the other stores. With any retail area, things come and go so having a storefront survive is amazing. It's a nice outdoor shopping experience with dining options to add to it. There's a few sit down dining places but nothing overly fancy. You have more of the bigger chain restaurants right across the street along the water and Shoreline Village. There's a movie theatre, a comedy center and a couple of decent amount of shops. Nothing over the top but your local shops like HM, Nike, Guess, Gap Outlet and a few others. It is a nice place to walk around and just see Long Beach. You're literally close to the convention center which is right across the street. Aquarium and the park is also across the street which a bridge is also use to cross over. The Marina Park, Shoreline Village are all a couple minutes walk from the pike. It's a cute little outdoor shopping area but nothing major. There's plenty of parking in the structure with some street parking along the strip.

Getting there: there's two parking lots, one on the Whole Foods side and one on the Urban Plates side; parking is free for the first 90 minutes. The landscaping and restroom areas are always well maintained and there is plentiful seating throughout the plaza. They post the schedule for various local events - pop up markets, line dancing, etc. - on the bulletins. Best of all, most are dog-friendly (my rescue dog Darby has several go-to spots he likes to sniff every time we come!) Paper Source, Lather, and Urban (both the clothing and the restaurant) are where you'll find me during most visits.

You have Whole Foods on the corner and right inside the strip mall which is an open air somewhat small mall. There's parking structures on either end but when we stopped by the gate wasn't working so we ended up parking across the street. There's plenty of parking everywhere so you'll find something. It's not a big area but does offer some cute shops. You'll have some of the retail chain stores with Atletha, Warby Parker, Urban Outfitters, Brixton, Nike, Anthropologie to name a few. Some cute fun jewelry stores, stationary stores and so on. There's even a cute little brewery right in the middle of the strip. It's a cute place for family to bring the kids and pets. People are out enjoying the outdoor. As Easter is coming, there's going to be an Easter bunny on site. It's somewhat a very little outdoor mall. A few dining options surrounding the area. You could walk around the whole place in half an hour or so.

Catching up with friends, walking along the bike path and enjoying the waterfront. There's still a few of the old school restaurants that's been there for years. Tequila Jacks, Yard house and of course Parker's Lighthouse. Later on around 3pm the boardwalk did start to pick up as happy hours were happening. The good thing about this area, it's literally a couple minutes walk from the convention center so it's good for people when they're in town for some kind of convention. The crowds tends to be pretty mellow. Students, families and out of towners. A nice waterfront boardwalk with some cute shops and restaurants. There was a live bands performing in the middle which was nice to watch them playing some fun tunes. It's not extremely big but big enough to spend some time there. Awesome events like the Shoreline Summer Concert Series that kick off around Memorial Day weekend and go strong until Labor Day weekend. With a solid variety throughout the season. Pirate's Cove, Istanbul Home, Saga clothing and a plethora of shops are worth exploring with cool gifts, souvenirs and fashions in stock. Wheel Fun Rentals has you covered on just about every kind of man-powered device in two to four wheel form, including tandem bicycles. Eat at Yard House, Shenanigan's (Irish Pub), Parkers' Lighthouse and Gilan's Pizza to name a few. Grab a treat at Funnel House, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Exotic Jerky (where they do care some vegan jerky varieties ). Parking is pretty easy though not complimentary. It's about $2 for two hours and a max of $16 for the day. You can get up to $10 off with validation from various Shoreline Village businesses.

It was one of the nice malls growing up that was nearby. Now, it's somewhat similar from what I remembered. Give or take some of the major departments stores are gone and replaced by a major chain store. You still have all the little mom and pop shops. Then the classic retailers. Loads of stores that I loved growing up have vanished. Either out of business or relocated. Department stores like Macys and JC Pennys are still there but nothing major. I don't even know what the food court is like as we didn't even venture that far. I had to return something and they had a store here. A smaller store but still. Plenty of parking as the space is massive. Mall is decent size but nothing crazy big. It's the neighborhood mall that I feel like it'll be there for many more years to come.

The array of shops and dining options is impressive and is very family-focused. A lot of sports and activewear, sneakers and all the things that make for a one-stop shop for the entire family. There's some great dining options too- from the eclectic food court, to suburban mainstays like The Cheesecake Factory and Lazy Dog Restaurant. Really the only things that can improve are increasing the number and quality of the restroom facilities and the sometimes eerie emptiness of some vacant areas. It's like liminal spaces but in the nooks of the mall, but overall, more positives than negatives and easy parking, but congested at times.

I was exhausted, trying to look for a particular store. I ended up calling them... it was outside... in an extention of the mall! Where the little train runs! Haha! I didn't see any current directory. Directions must be online? I appreciated the free parking, air-conditioning, and convenient restrooms!

I'd like to consider ourselves as mall connoisseurs- we are always at Santa Anita Mall, South Coast Plaza and Brea Mall. We rarely visit Del Amo and I'm pleasantly surprised by how clean and the touch light walls are working. The rugs don't seem super grimey either. I particularly enjoy the layout that the play area is enclosed. The mall seems very safe with multiple security mall cops on moving scooters surveillance-ing around at all times. The nicer part of the mall with new shops like Chagee and Uniqlo is bright and open. Aritzia is opening soon too and Somi Somi is here for a sweet treat after playing
