From exceptional professionalism to recommending the best and reliable vendors this Hall will not disappoint. They offer packages to fit your needs and guide you every step of the way. Highly recommend you give them a call and check them out. My daughter and our family had an amazing day and I know you will too!

***Update. We attempted to resolve this by explaining our point over and over. She sent a…read morescreenshot saying there is a $450 fee for extra time. That is not listed anywhere on our contract we signed. We have reviewed the contract over and over and no mention of a $450-500 fee. (A hidden fee by this business). Also, she insists that the party bus with the Quinciañera and her court arriving early is not her fault and that's considered early arrival to the venue, granted it is not her fault, but we had a verbal agreement and permission to have them arrive early to her coffee shop next door. Our guest, the Quinciañera and her court were not inside the venue early as she keeps saying to justify her crooked actions. The only people who arrived at 5:20pm were my husband and I to set up the dessert table (which we could not set up the day before obviously) and also edible pieces on the main tables as party favors. Therefore, party hosts beware, if you book this venue, you will be charged extra time $500 to arrive even 40 minutes early, to do any finishing touches or set up last minute items. She agrees to your arrival but does not specify that it is considered additional time. All venues in my experience, allow the hosts time before the event starts, the day of, to do any last minute things. This venue will bill you by keeping your deposit, and not even let you know until you ask about your money. Again, nothing but dishonesty and a scam. My husband and I are honest people, who pay for all and any service we get, but this nightmare, has been nothing but a money grab with endless excuses and not a trustworthy business. Please do not book here and take your money elsewhere!

What a let down to pull up in limos and party buses to an outdoor soccer field with a pond. Worse than Castle Park. This is not what I envisioned for my son's prom and am truly disappointed. An outdoor carnival is NOT a formal event. They could have just dressed casual and at least been warm. This place is NOT the place to hold an event like prom. Terrible decision and a waste of money!

I recently attended a wedding here and I was not impressed. On the one hand, the service within…read morethe wedding was well done and everyone was pleasant and wearing Renaissance attire in keeping with the wedding's theme. (This is the grounds where the Corona Renaissance Fair is held.) After talking with the bride and groom after the event, some of their complaints may have been valid, but they didn't have anything in writing with the venue. Let the buyer beware. Here are my suggestions if you choose to hold an event here: a- Any details that you work out, put in writing. That way every person knows what to expect and no one forgets whether something was agreed to or just talked about. For example, the wedding I attended was supposed to have on-site catering instead of an outside vendor, the plates were supposed to be pewter, not plastic and the utensils were supposed to be metal, not plastic. These details were not in writing so who is to blame? A written contract with the details spelled out would have resolved these issues. b- If you bring in your own liquor, ask to see the discarded bottles, even the broken ones, after the event. An employee told us that she dropped a couple of bottles of whiskey in the room behind the bar. The bottles in question were Jameson, and no one remembered hearing a bottle break or could recall her working the bar so the bartender could have a break. This caused some to suspect that the bottles walked off and were not actually broken. If it's in the contract that you want your bottles back and that you want reimbursement for any missing items, there will be no suspicions that any bottles may have walked off. This would help both sides. c- Ask that lights be provided marking a safe path to the restroom. Between the event hall and the outdoor restroom there were no lights. This is a rural location without street lights. The only light to guide people to the restrooms was the light coming from the restroom itself. d- Ask that the restroom be thoroughly cleaned and that all toilets be in working order. The handicapped stall's toilet leaked from the bottom resulting in a puddle extending about two feet from the toilet in all directions. This is the stall that most brides would use on their wedding day, so to have it out of commission was a major inconvenience. Also, there were a ton of mosquitoes in the restroom which has resulted in some bites in unusual places to put it mildly. I've been camping at places with cleaner restrooms. e- Ask that the creepy lady not hang out around the restrooms. I can't recall her name but she is the one who claimed to have broken the bottles of whiskey, she made unsolicited remarks to the guests about how they could improve their costumes, made very personal remarks to the guests and generally made people feel uncomfortable to the point that people traveled to the restroom in pairs so as not to get waylaid without back up. f- Ask that lighting be provided to safely mark the way between the event site location and the parking lot. If I had known how dark the area was I would have brought a flashlight. With the wildlife in the area, it's a matter of safety as well as convenience. I think if you listed all of these concerns in the contract that is drawn up, you could have an amazing event at this location without complaints.

I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial…read moreinformation, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn't want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn't afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment--and I'm so glad I did. At the time, we didn't have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn't pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food--and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table--such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair--much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake-cutting fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.
