We just had the pleasure of hosting a celebration of life event for my Mother in law and it was the best venue experience we have ever had! The FieldHouse Terrace room is very spacious with amazing views and accommodations for a large, fun party! The food was delicious and the staff made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The manager Scott and his event team including Kylie, Bri and Donna were incredible! The attention to detail was exquisite and the service was friendly, attentive and professional. The bartenders were awesome and kept with the pace of our thirsty guests! Also, the Audio visual presentation by ProAV was phenomenal as well as their representatives Michael, Noah and Andrew. I am soooooooo disappointed MLK High School chose this venue to hold their 2025 Prom! Outside in the cold on dirt! The teens dressed up in formal attire to go to an outside carnival. What a let down to pull up in limos and party buses to an outdoor soccer field with a pond. Worse than Castle Park. This is not what I envisioned for my son's prom and am truly disappointed. An outdoor carnival is NOT a formal event. They could have just dressed casual and at least been warm. This place is NOT the place to hold an event like prom. This is a late review, but my wife and I had our wedding at SilverLakes last year (5/11/19)! It was absolutely perfect. Our wedding planner, Rebecca, was incredible, she made the entire process stress free. The food was delicious and the open bar is a must! Trust me, it will keep your family and friends happy and dancing all night! We had a memorable night and plan on holding more big events here once COVID passes. Today, our non-profit held an event at this facility to honor 2020 Officers and Deputies of the year. The facility was beautiful, and the food was great (lots of good feedback). I especially want to recognize Kylie & Ashley, the coordinators. From last minute food add-ons, to additional headcount and rentals, they really put me at ease during the process (and that's not easy to do!) They were very responsive via phone and email. So I get dropped off at the Kip Moore concert with my wife and four friends. We're walking in and get stopped by some tool driving a golf cart. He tells us we have to walk back to the entrance and pay $5 each for walking in. I ask him if people who Uber in have to pay the fee and he says no. Wtf??? So we walk towards the front and ask people walking in if they had to pay and they all say no. My wife also got us VIP passes. Another joke. Just to our left, general admission is as close to the stage as we are. The only difference is we have a VIP bathroom. Then, as we're standing up enjoying the concert, security asks us to sit down because the people in general admission behind us are complaining. Uummmmm...it's a concert, 80% of the people are standing. Please please please square this place away. Educate your staff, charging $5 a head and most likely pocketing they money is highly illegal. Please post the policy says that people who walk in have to pay a fee. Shitty experience, and it's a shame because we live so close and want to patronize the venue. read more

All I can say is thank you! My wife and I just got married at this amazing venue on 10/10/20, and we are beyond satisfied with how everything turned out. Ashley went above and beyond, and for that we are forever grateful for her and her staff. Having a Covid wedding was definitely not in the plans when we got engaged, but Ashley was able to pivot and provide options that not only made us happy, but our guests as well. We had our ceremony in front of the lake (yes there really is a lake there), and our reception was held right behind it at the Fort. The setup and views were absolutely stunning, and this was not even where the reception was supposed to be originally. A week before the wedding, with Covid mandates getting strict again, we were told that we couldn't have the reception on top of the Fieldhouse Restaurant. We started to panic because we didn't know what our next option was going to be. Ashely reached out and gave us the option of having it at the Fort, and let me tell you... Wow! This was even better than we anticipated. Ashley and her team got out there and cleaned up the whole area, landscaping and all to accommodate our requests. She was out there busting her butt with a weed wacker and all, to ensure her clients were as happy as can be. For this we are forever grateful to you Ashley. My husband and I recently had our wedding at Silver Lakes and the ambiance was extraordinary. We were given everything we had visioned and more. However, there was an incident on my wedding day that did not sit well with my family, my husband, and I. Included in our package for the wedding was a wedding coordinator. Prior to the wedding, Rebecca was very professional and helpful during our meetings as we planned for our big day. She ensured my husband and I not to worry about a thing on our big day because everything will be handled. Luckily my mother was able to join us at our meetings as we planned for our wedding because on our big day during the ceremony, Rebecca, our wedding coordinator left. It wasn't until 2 days later that she reached out with an email explaining that her reason for leaving was due to a family emergency. Understandable, however, the gentleman who took over for Rebecca for the night did not explain Rebecca's reason for leaving. Instead he was very adamant about the reason for her leaving was because her shift was over and that her job title had nothing to do with the reception part of the wedding event. That was not comforting to hear as a bride on the night of my wedding! I stated that luckily my mother sat in with us during our meetings with Rebecca because thankfully she was able to tell the staff what was supposed to happen and how everything was supposed to flow according to plan. Unfortunately because my mom was doing Rebecca's job in a sense, she wasn't able to really enjoy the wedding. Instead of enjoying the night with my father and the rest of us like Rebecca ensured us, my mother was running around making sure everything was going according to plan. Due to Rebecca not being there throughout the night, we were not able to get the photos we wanted after the ceremony because Rebecca assured us that she would have everyone who was supposed to be taking photos with us ready to go for the photographer. I recently received my photos and I am very disappointed. I was not even able to get a photo with my own grandparents! Also due to Rebecca not being there, after our ceremony the guests were supposed to be directed upstairs to the reception area, but instead our guests were waiting downstairs in the cold for 30 minutes (which also cut into our photo time). Lastly, the food that was served to my husband and I was cold and we were constantly interrupted with our guests as we ate when Rebecca was to ensure we were able to eat first so we would be able to walk around and mingle. Even though we had this set back on our wedding night, it did not take away from our night altogether. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves as well as our guests. I just recommend to anyone who is planning on having their wedding event here to ask your assigned coordinator about a plan B. I feel that if the staff member who took over Rebecca's job for the night was aware of EVERYTHING that was to happen before, during, and after the ceremony and reception, my wedding night would have gone a lot smoother. read more

I just had my daughters quinceañera here at the Fieldhouse Terrace. I have to say I was sadly disappointed. The venue itself is beautiful my decorator did an exceptional job with the set up. (My decorator was hired separately, she doesn't work for the venue) She really made the place look amazing, no complains here. The issues I have are with the venue itself, which is why I'm giving one star and that's generous. They are amateurs when it comes to events like quinceañeras. The food was delicious, however it was served cold and the side salad wasn't out on time for my guests to serve themselves. The cheesecake that was supposed to be brought out after dinner wasn't, I had to remind the staff to bring out the cheesecake. I also paid for coffee to be brought after we cut my daughters cake and again I had to remind the staff to bring out the coffee. I was going to rent uplighting for the venue, but I was sold on the HUE lights they have inside and how nice the venue looked lit up, but once again I had to remind the staff to change the lighting color. This actually took longer than I expected because the staff didn't know how to use the app and make the lights work. After a while they got it to work, but by this time there was only 1-2 hours left of my event. Now let's talk about their power limitations. My DJ lost power numerous times(lost count after the 5th time) all because they were over powering the outlet. Everyone knows it isn't recommended to connect more than 3 extensions cords to one outlet, it will over power and cause the breaker to trip. Well they only have one outlet for the DJ to connect to and when you have a light up dance floor, DJ equipment, etc. you are going to have issues. It wasn't until my event was almost over I told the staff to run an extension cord from the Terrace to downstairs to avoid another outage. Unfortunately they don't have any facility maintenance personnel to assist with these issues we had to figure it out on our own. When I booked this date I was told there wasn't any other events booked for this date which was great. I found out one day before the event that there was going to be a country concert and a 50th birthday. I wish I was told about the concert when that event was booked so that I can make other arrangements or look elsewhere. This was interfering with my event as you can hear the loud music from the concert when I was trying to give my speech. Oh wait did I mentioned the power when out in the middle of my speech and father daughter dance? I'm amazed that they were able to power an entire concert, but couldn't handle a DJ and LED dance floor. I didn't appreciate the unwanted guests from the concert crashing my party and the staff that was hired for the event didn't do anything about it. I had to play security and kick these unwanted guests out of my event. I can go on and on about what a disaster my event was. I will warn you if you book any events here to make sure their power limitations have been taken care of and that they disclose with you any other events booked for that day especially a concert as they will tell you, you won't notice it, but it will interfere with your special day. Book at your own risk. read more

As we began planning our daughters Quinceañera we knew Silverlakes was the perfect place to have this special celebration. I will say, they did not disappoint, from Kylie who I cannot thank enough for everything she did for us. To the amazing staff that evening who made sure the whole night went by smoothly. The views are breathtaking, requiring very little decorations. Dinner was delicious, the bar was excellent. You all are amazing at what you do, from start to finish. Your hard work made our event stress free and was a wonderful experience. The attention everyone had was exceptional from making sure the restrooms were clean at all times to making sure everything was filled upstairs. Our family is so thankful. read more

Threw a surprise party for my mother in law's birthday here and it was a blast. I live nearby but never had a chance to come see the place For myself. I communicated with Ashley and Rebecca the most and they were beyond wonderful. We had about 80 people upstairs which fit everyone perfectly and comfortably. We had The outside patio for the party too, but didn't use It since it was cold outside. Thank goodness it was t raining though. Rebecca is the event coordinator and she did her job to the T. Linens are included for tables that seat up to 6-8 people. We had 7 at each table and it worked out great. If you want larger tables (10 people/table), there is a fee for the linen. They handled the set up and you can go in 2hrs early to set up your decor or anything else you want to add. You can bring extra desserts, but no outside food. That's ok because their food was on point! We had two chefs at the party and they approved of the chicken and tri tip. We chose the Silverlake dinner (I thinks thats what it's called). It's $30/person. Kids 7-12 are half off and children 6 and below are free. Anyway, the menu items I chose were house salad, chicken, tri tip, rice pilaf, and mixed vegetables. Cookies for dessert. OMG! THE FOOD WAS GOOD! Cookies were big and soft! Next time I'm going to have to try their brownies. I wish I could've taken some of the food and cookies home. Lol! That's how good it was. The chicken wasn't dry at all and the tri tip melted in my mouth. We also brought a cake (that the staff cut for us and provided plates for us), macaroons, and boba for drinks. They also give you a choice for open bar or cash bar. Cash bar is $250 for the entire time. The venue allows a 4hr limit and if you want extra time, it's an additional $250. If you want those dance floors, it's an additional $300. From what I saw, the place is big enough that we didn't need the dance floor. One downfall is that they charge you $150 to use the TV. So if you wanted to do a photo montage you have to pay extra for that. Nobody really didn't seemed bothered that there wasn't a montage for my mother-in-law. They all had fun. We also rented a photo booth and it fit perfectly in the front. I'm telling you, there's lots of room. For the dessert table I was going to set up the boba drinks, but Rebecca told me to let her and the staff handle it and for me to go enjoy the party. The table was always filled with boba drinks until there wasn't anymore to put out. Guests were impressed with the venue that they're planning to have parties there too. I definitely will be having more events here too. Staff are wonderful and awesome! I wish I had photos of the inside before the party started, but I was excited and I forgot. I never knew about this place but got lucky enough to work their 'The Boots in The Park Event' at this location. What a great place to attend a concert! We catered the dinner for the performers and their bands so it was like being at the concert. Now that I've found this place I'll be looking at their Events calendar and hopefully attend one of the concerts! read more

Place ssuuuxx they play the music sooooo loud that the local neighborhoods suffer, please just turn down the bass in the music some, please!!!!!!!!!!!! my head is pounding my house is shaking and the windows are vibrating , my dogs are hiding in under the bed. please it is hurting my head I suffer from migrains , I have double pain windows and still shaking my house half mile away my house is close to this. Can the city of norco please be kind to the neighbors.... omg.... I like the events very cool but not cool been a crapy 2020 and this is what they do play such sucky loud bass music, if they just turn the bass down not the music so the house isnt shaking, I can call the cops maybe noise ordinance ... wow....!!!!!!! read more

I provided dj services here this past weekend and when was told how to get my equipment up to the roof top patio area I was like WHAT!! you drive around back where they receive there food delivery, floor is all oily, dirty and stinks. Then you push your gear over to an electric pallet jack which raises your equipment up. You can not stand in the square box to hold your equipment in case it falls out. You then have to run up and around to the stairs to get up to where your equipment will be then you can unload it and take over to the area where you'll be djing. That's not all, event goes well very accommodating by the facility and all but at the end of the night looking for help to get your equipment back down was the worst,...nobody has keys to the back area nor do they have keys to the forklift,...so you have to walk your equipment down the stairs and hope you don't fall down and break your neck or equipment. Luckily one of the staff employee who was still there kindly helped me out to get my equipment down the stairs and towards to where my car was to load up and leave. The moral of this YELP review the facility should have warned me of this not being an elevator or being able to use forklift at end of the night and no management being available to voice my concern about getting equipment out. Either you as a dj take extra help or charge more for doing all this work alone and maybe get lucky if the staff is willing to help you get your equipment down. Will not dj here ever again if its on the roof top,...they do have a downstairs patio area which is easy to get too. read more
