When I first requested a quote, I recieved a response very quickly from Pro, the manager, and he remained available for any questions I had until I was ready to sign my quote and lock in my event (and thereafter until shower day.) When you request a quote, you'll be sent a questionnaire about what you'll need for your event (time frame, services, furnishings, etc.) so you know exactly what you're paying for when you get your price. There is a lot included in the price, but other than some standard items like tables and chairs, you'll need to rent, or bring in everything else yourself or with outside vendors. I did all of my own decor, had my family and friends help me set up, and we catered Porto's. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, prep area and sink as well if you're cooking yourself, we used the oven to warm up potato balls and stored drinks in the fridge and it worked out great. You can rent a cover for the kitchen if it's not your vibe. Here's some of the concerns I had before booking and how we overcame them: Concern: the venue is on the second story in a historic building and is only accessible by stairs. Solution: It is only one flight of stairs, and there is a break in the middle with ample room for a chair or bench if guests need a stopping point. I informed my guests of this ahead of time and had my husband help anyone who needed assistance, everyone was able to make it work. It was a little but rough carrying all of our own stuff up, but many hands made light work. Concern: there is only one bathroom for an event of nearly 90 people. Solution: Honestly, this was only an issue for us at the beginning of our event when people were arriving from far away places. Once the initial rush died out, there was never even a line for the bathroom. Concern: the space is very plain. Solution: The space does not have many bells and whistles, but I found it charming and rustic, and there's lots of opportunity to really make it as dressed up as you want with whatever theme you can think of. Also, the natural light from the windows on both sides of the building made things that much more appealing. Concern: there is no designated parking. Solution: the Electric Loft team was able to save some spaces directly in front for me and my set-up team, and then parking is open up and down the streets as well as at the nearby park. No one had any issues, save for some later arrivals as there was some kind of art event at another building nearby. There may be a little walking involved, but not so much that it made anything impossible. All in all, everyone thought it was a great spot and I've been recommending Electric Loft all over the place, and I'll continue to do so. Also shout out to The Splendor Co for my photo spot!

They make sure everything associated with the venue runs smoothly and give VIP service to the bride and groom. The staff served my husband and I our dinner and both the venue coordinators asked my husband and I what alcoholic beverage we'd like to drink after the ceremony (and then went and got it for us!). The bartender gave us special attention by prioritizing us whenever we went up to the bar. - The venue is gorgeous and the food is amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food tasted. - The venue coordinator responds promptly to email and never lets anything slip between the cracks. - You can do a lot of DIY at this venue to truly personalize your wedding. Cons: - This venue is reasonably priced for how beautiful and elegant it is. However, there are a LOT of upcharges associated with it. One of the upcharges that really bothered me was that you have to pay for glass wine glasses per setting. They only offer 150 stem-less glasses, but their venue has a capacity of 200, so why not carry your capacity? Our guest count was 164, so we had to pay for each wine glass at $1 per glass to have 164 stemmed wine glasses at each table setting. If you want the wine served to each guest (instead of pre-poured), you will need to hire servers at $25 each per hour to do so. - While the venue coordinator is responsive, she is not the warm welcoming coordinator that you might expect as a bride. Her responses are curt and to the point (and sometimes make you feel like you're bothering her), and it's not the customer service you'd expect for paying a significant amount of money to get married here. - If you plan to book a room block at the Kellogg West hotel, you can expect the absolute WORST customer service from the manager, Cameron. His email communication is extremely rude, and he makes you feel like you're a nuisance for bothering him. He gives bare minimum answers to everything and never once thanks you for your business. - You really need to hire a "wedding coordinator" with this venue. The venue coordinators make sure everything at the venue runs smoothly. If you want to ensure that your wedding day timeline runs smoothly, you need to have a wedding coordinator do this for you. Trust me, it's much better than your friend or mom having to do it!!! Overall though, I would recommend this venue. It was the perfect setting for our wedding day, and we had an overall positive experience.

The security staff he assigned the day of were also very kind, welcoming, willing to assist if need be, which made both me and my guests feel comfortable throughout the event. It really added to the overall positive atmosphere. The venue itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and very spacious. It was the perfect setup for our party, and everything flowed so well. The outdoor patio was also such a great bonus, we had tacos set up out there, and it became a fun hangout spot where guests could relax and enjoy themselves. So many of my guests complimented the space and even mentioned they'd love to host their own events here in the future. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stylish and well-managed place to host an event!

Lea was incredibly kind, gracious, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. At one point, we even had to cancel because we were dealing with internet issues at the venue, and she was so understanding. Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. People were going back for seconds and asking where the food was from. One of my favorite parts of the experience was getting to give Filipino food space in a corporate setting and seeing how well received it was. Hallelumpia absolutely delivered.

She thoughtfully texted step-by-step reheating instructions for all the trays we ordered, which made hosting so much less stressful. That level of care and attention truly made a difference. Highly recommend--great food and service!
