Have been going there for 8 years. The first time, during a blizzard. Always fast, courteous service at reasonable prices!

Hard to understand. Asked if he could do wheel bearings and he said too busy go somewhere else.

We have gone to Mr. Tire in Cockeysville for many vehicles. Recently my son scheduled a visit and…read morewas given an appointment. After looking at his tires they said he needed 4 new tires. He knew 2 were bad and the other two were replaced by Mr. Tire just a few years ago. When he walked out, they rushed after him. I have never experienced this kind o 'up selling' but it was poor service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I set up an online appointment in Nov '23. The store installed the wrong…read moretires and in the process also seriously damaged my wheels. My wheels are factory powdercoated (Toyota TRD Pro) and the shop chose to use a die-grinder to "prepare" the surface to adhere stick on wheel weights. This irreparably damaged the finish of my wheels and left large silver streaks on an otherwise flat black set of wheels. This is also not an industry standard practice as they should have used solvent/cleaner to prep the surface. Their only suggested resolution was to offer to spray paint my wheels and refund me $400 for the cost difference in the tires. Spray paint is not anywhere near as durable as powder coating and would not bring my wheels back to the condition they were before this shop damaged them. They also have not actually provided the refund they promised although it has been 6 weeks and I've followed up many times. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with a shop that takes ZERO accountability. And for Monroe Customer service, I've already called you and left a voicemail at that exact number. You did not respond. I also sent a message electronically through your "contact us page", which you also didn't respond to, so let's not pretend like calling you solves anything. If you want me to provide more info why don't you start by returning the call and electronic message I've already sent to you?

Brian and staff are wonderful!…read more We had some questions about my BMW failing the inspection and he was super clear with next steps and what the state rules are. This was helpful as we just had a to clean a few things up and the car passed on the next visit. I also appreciated them allowing me to have my tires delivered and they put them on. My wheels didn't see a scratch. This cannot be said for a lot of tire places especially down in the Towson/Lutherville area. We're car people so going somewhere new is always scary but we needed that inspection before we PCS'd (Military move). If we were going to still be living here I would absolutely use them again.

1 am extremely disappointed with the service provided at Midas in Owings Mills…read more On multiple occasions, I sent female family members there for something simple: a tire plug. In both instances, the technician claimed there were five to seven nails in the tires. While road hazards do happen, that number raises serious concerns. It feels highly improbable and, frankly, suspicious. Side note:if the nail or scre is in the middle of the tread you're good for a plug! Don't let snake oil salesman tell you need new tires. Witness the tire removal and test process. Don't trust their practices. The end result? Nearly $800 for two tires and an alignment, justified with statements like, "It's standard to do it, miss." That explanation came across as dismissive and condescending. It is difficult not to feel that women are being upsold or pressured into unnecessary services at this location. To make matters worse, one of my family members was sent away during a snowstorm with the remaining two tires underinflated. She then had to stop at Royal Farms down the street and pay to inflate them herself. That is unarcentable and uinsafe. My concern is simple: customers -- particularly women -- should not feel taken advantage of or pressured into expensive repairs without clear, transparent justification. If you choose to go here, I strongly recommend closely observing the work being done and asking detailed questions before approving additional services. This experience has left a very bad impression. Professionalism, transparency, and customer safety should never be optional. -V(for the wommen in America review) P.s. I'm a guy writing this at the request of my female friends saying I shouldn't! I have been exposed to the inner workings of the automotive industry for 32 years and men specifically are taking advantage of women! My family members is where I draw the line. I'm calling you out and hope women listen to this and make more selective decisions! If you need assistance, reach out to us and we can help you avoid this!
