A "No AmEx" sign is NOT a legal disclosure for a debit card transaction fee, and she knew exactly what she was doing. Neither one was worth the 30 minute wait or the money spent. First and foremost there was so much oil formed around, on top and all throughout the container that I had to keep it inside the bag so as not to get oil everywhere. Next, it was too salty and there was ENTIRELY too much cheese throughout the pasta. Alfredo sauce is supposed to be smooth and creamy, not oily and with so much cheese when you pick up a fork full and it looks like picking up a hot slice of extra cheese pizza that has a gooey cheese pull to it. Just wrong. Then, the noodles were overcooked. Pasta is supposed to be al dente, not soft and mushy and last but certainly not least was the blue raspberry lemonade. I don't know what I was thinking ordering that but... When I say it was nothing but blue colored sugar water, I'm not exaggerating. I couldn't drink it because it was so overly sweet. I even added it to my Stanley bottle that was halfway full of water and ice and it was still too sweet. So no, it was not a good first impression and first impressions are lasting with me. We were about to pull out & MeMe ran into the parking lot to find me to give me my extra bag of chips since I was over charged. They were busy with it being 4th of July but she still went out of her way for me & I think that's customer service right there. If management or corporate sees this, she deserves a raise!!
