The minute we walked in, we were greeted and offered a drink menu. After ordering our drinks, we were given robes and taken to a private room where our drinks and some cookies were waiting for us. The service includes taking pictures of your scalp to show its current condition, applying oil with your choice of scent, a steaming heat treatment, CO2 toner, head/neck massage, shampoo and conditioning, and blowout/styling. Our favorite part of the treatment was after they washed our hair and let a waterfall run over it. We were wrapped in blankets and felt so comfortable that we fell asleep! Although the experience was very nice and relaxing, we wished for more head/neck massaging and a more detailed explanation of each step. Overall, $150 per person is pricey, but I'd come back for another special occasion!

The lady who did my hair was also very unprofessional. She literally sprayed the essential oils onto my eyes and let the liquid drip into my eyes and didn't bother covering them. Also, when she was shampooing my hair while I was still seated in my chair, she got the shampoo into my eyes and it BURNED my eyes. She let me go to the restroom to rinse them out and finally put a visor on my forehead to prevent any more shampoo (or any liquid) to get in my eyes. However, I felt that she should have gave me this at the very beginning. Also, during the time I was there, they did not explain to me the whole treatment process due to the language barrier (since most spoke Korean only and little English). They kept trying to get me to buy their products and to come back once every 3 weeks for this scalp treatment. I understand that English is not their first language but they did not take the effort to explain to me what was wrong with my scalp or why I should come back. Lastly, after the lady styled my hair, my hair was already oily and hard so I had to go back to my hotel and wash it again. Overall, I DO NOT recommend coming here for a scalp treatment.

Since June I have been looking for a Massage place I can call home. I booked the night before for a full body massage. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived 15min before. Upon arrival the door was open and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a good 10min completed the intake form that was sitting on the counter and waited. Finally someone came to the front and questioned if I had an appointment. (I'm assuming because I booked the night before they didn't have a record of it? Idk). However, I showed the lady my booking confirmation on my phone and she proceeded to guide me to the room. The massage started off amazing, perfect pressure truly relaxing amazing massage. I was laying there thinking okay despite the arrival this will be my home. Then within the last 15-20 min of my massage some lady, assuming another therapist, barges in my room and starts talking in their native tongue to my therapist while she was massaging me. It wasn't a quiet quick question type of talk, it was loud abrasive and she talked to her the entire last 20 min of my massage. I truly could not believe what was going on. Then when my massage was over my therapist walked me to the front and told me because I'm paying with tap it was an additional $5. Okay whatever I didn't mind. The massage was $70 and the tap made it $75. Then she says "how much you adding for tip"? I looked at her and said "are you serious? When you and that other lady had a full on conversation the last 20 min of my massage? That was rude, inconsiderate, and definitely not professional. I'm paying $75." I really wanted to love this spot. It's not far from my house and the massage was great. But the customer service was horrible.
