ParkDIA when they first opened had quick service but we've had 4 serious mishaps with them & although we fly out of Denver 6 times or more a year we will never use them again. One time the shuttle crashed into a car in the parking lot with us on board, another time we waited 25 minutes for shuttle to pick us up in the parking and then 20 minutes for shuttle at the airport, another time the driver told us to leave bags outside the shuttle so he could load them(and collect tips) but he left one of our bags sitting there and we didn't notice till almost to the lot and had to go back to airport etc to find it was very stressful and unnecessary!! However the worse and the reason we will never use them is they now have gotten too busy and don't run enough of shuttles at all! in February with the very frigid cold weather in the morning we waited almost 30 minutes for a shuttle in the parking lot with others we called twice they kept saying they would send a shuttle but none came we had to wait for 2 shuttles to come back from the airport then go all around and pick everyone else also waiting and then on return there was snow storm and actually zero degrees at 10pm at night and when we got outside the airport the line for DIA shuttle was huge and the only off site parking shuttle area that had a line all the other shuttles were coming and going yet we had to wait in this frigid dangerous weather in the elements I'm totally honest here 35 minutes in zero degree blustery winter weather before we could fit on DIA shuttle!!!! They came far and few in between. Then they dropped everyone else before us so another 20 minutes on the shuttle when we got dropped off it had been an hour since we arrived outside DEN at their shuttle pick up, this is inexcusable and I would never use this company again too many mishaps and they don't care you call them they say we r sending a shuttle yeah well u still end up waiting a long time,i have a plane to catch or Im freezing & I'm not waiting this long for a shuttle this is your business have enough workers and shuttles at all times thats your job. So if you want to add another 30-60 minutes time to your travel to the airpot then use PARKDIA but we don't have that extra time and the anxiety and stress they cause so as frequent travelers we will go elsewhere too many other places to park. read more

Look people. Just because you had a bad FLIGHT why take it out on these hard working people. I had the need for their services and DESPITE the haters that are going to hate, I got their on line registration. It was ice foggy and snowing when I pulled in and you have thought that they were waiting for me as there was a guy out there in the freezing cold directing me to an open slot! Fast forward. One week later and very happy to be home and smell the Rockies and Dre picks me up and is funny and upbeat. It was a VERY busy week so I have hitting on only 3 of 8 cylinders yet he looked at my location card and remembered it was me. There were four SW Airline employees who knew Dre and seemed happy to see him. He didn't ask if anyone wanted water he took them out of the cooler and offered it to everyone. So with 7 other people Dre remembered my card and stopped in front of my car! He took off me bag and wished me a good day. He was delighted I was going to mention his name here. He pointed out where to exit and what to show to the person at the exit booth. His directions were perfect and I soon came face to face with Norma at the booth. She was cheerful and engaging and had me processed as fast as Santa Clause can fill a stocking on Christmas Eve! Great service. read more

This was my first time using ParkDIA and I have to say they will ALWAYS be my DIA long term parking service. The friendliest staff, Chris from the night shift helped me when he saw I had everything unpacked next to my car, in search of my car keys, at 11:30pm. When I asked to be driven back to the airport so I could get a ride home for the night, he said no problem and helped me load everything onto the shuttle. After helping the people already on the shuttle find their cars, he mentioned going to the office to check the lost and found. After being gone for TWO WEEKS, I doubted it, but there they were! They kept all keys found, in individual envelopes in a drawer, not in some lost and found bin. I had to describe my keys, which made me feel even better, if it ever happened again. Super friendly office staff, and the woman at the checkout window was so helpful as well, even asked if I was military or had a promo code, to get a discount. I've used many airport parking companies, and have never experienced such a personable and friendly group. Also there were no waits for shuttles, they picked me up from my car, and even gave me a sheet of paper with my car's location on it. Highly recommended. read more

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from ParkDIA during my recent stay. As a loyal customer who has used this facility for years, I have always trusted them to provide reliable and efficient service, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my most recent trip. On Saturday night, my boyfriend and I were forced to wait an unacceptable 2 hours for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We were left standing in the cold, pushing and shoving with a crowd of people, with little to no assistance. To make matters worse, we also had to wait 20 minutes in the pitch-black prior to leaving for our flight. As per their terms and conditions, "ParkDIA strives to dispatch shuttles every five minutes," and waiting 2 hours for a shuttle is simply unacceptable. I was deeply disappointed and inconvenienced by the lack of proper service we received. Overall, I would not recommend ParkDIA to anyone who is looking for reliable and efficient parking and shuttle services. I hope that they take the necessary steps to improve their services and ensure that no other customer has to go through the same experience that we had. read more

The best parking place! I never have any complaints. I have been using you guys for about a year now. There has been 2 times when I waited for a shuttle about 25 minutes but I gave my self enough time so I wasn't too worried. Pick up from the airport has been really efficient. Customer service is phenomenal!! If they don't have the answer they will find a way or someone to get an answer for you :) I have witnessed many times how nasty customers can be to employees when a shuttle is not there as they're are stepping out of their vehicle expecting limousine like service. If any of you customers are reading this, give yourself more than enough time. I read reviews where it's stated that the customer service has been horrible. Have some decency when speaking to someone because NO ONE is obligated or gets paid enough to take crap from you. *THE CUSTOMER IS ALMOST NEVER RIGHT BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW HOW EXACTLY THE BUSINESS OPERATES* (I'm a retail manager so I know what my own employees go through) To most of the 1 star reviewers .. stop being ENTITLED! Thank you for great service ParkDIA!!! read more

I have traveled 3 times with them, and as far as shuttles, staff, price, location are concerned i am pretty happy with it. So why only 2 stars? I had prepaid for 7 days using the app, scanned the app during entry and while exiting i entered the manned exit lane. I specifically mentioned to the counter woman i have prepaid while giving her my mobile, she acknowledged by telling me that i don't have to pay anything and then i exited. 3 days later I see a charge on my credit card - i had been charged twice! Well mistakes happen, so i wrote ParkDIA an email at info@ParkDIA, its been 3 days and no response. They do not have a process for refunds online, instead they have a scary legal mumbo-jumbo telling users how ParkDIA will treat users who dispute credit card charges. I understand mistakes do happen, but I do expect that ParkDIA responds and solves customers problems quickly. I will be waiting for few more days to re-rate this review after concluding what happens to my case - i have sent them another reminder. read more

ParkDIA needs to set up some kind of system to make sure people showing up at the pickup point at DIA are served first in/first out. I realize they can't control people's behavior but the current system of everybody bunching up at the end of Island 5 isn't working. On our last trip, when we got to the Island there were already about 20-25 people waiting, so we joined the line but realized we weren't going to get on the first bus. A bus showed up and chaos ensued. People who were last in line starting charging forward as if they were somehow privileged and shouldn't expect to have to wait patiently like everyone else. Frankly, it was disgusting and left a bad taste for humanity. Anyway, I don't really know what kind of system would work but something needs to be done so those of us who can accept our place in line don't have to deal with those who can't. If nothing else, during rush periods, put a ParkDIA employee out there to keep people in line... read more

It's the first time that I have gone to ParkDIA for a shuttle to the airport. I don't usually say this about a parking facility but this was a very enjoyable experience... definitely as good as it gets. As soon as I parked my car, I was greeted by a shuttle driver... Dre, who was very friendly and carried my luggage with an upbeat smile. On my way back, my shuttle driver was Howard who exhibited the same exceptional qualities as Dre. When driving through the exit gate, I was checked through by a gentleman by the name of Moise. I found that this was definitely a rare culture of people who actually cared about making it a very enjoyable experience for the customer. Not only is it the closest outlying parking facility with very competitive low pricing per day.... they also offer an extraordinary number of convenience services. Without question I take my hat off to this organization and will always use their services when flying to and from Denver. read more

Seriously, not sure where the bad reviews are coming from...I guess even the best have a few screw ups from time to time. But I've parked here 4 times in the last couple of months and have only had great experiences. The buses pulled right up to my car and helped me load my bags, got to the airport super quick, and helped unload. I am usually traveling with children so have multiple car seats, etc... and never had a problem. The buses are new and come with seat belts which I appreciate greatly! I had to wait once for about 7 minutes for a bus at the airport, but there it came and they didn't try to pack us in, plenty of room. I've always had very courteous drivers! Used a groupon a couple of times with no problem, used the reservation system a couple of times with no problem. Great rates, fast service, friendly drivers! Will use over and over again and recommend to friends! read more

we really wanted to like this place and make it our go to place when flying in and out of denver but waiting way too long for shuttle pick up is deal breaker. We pick a parking lot due to fast service to get us to airport and back to our car but PARKDIA is not that place. They obviously have too many people parking here and not enough of workers and shuttles, we waited long time in parking lot for pick up and then as soon as we got off flight and to DEN waiting area for shuttles PARKDIA had the longest and basically only line waiting for shuttle, the shuttle came and it was full so waited another 10 -15 minutes for next shuttle, comes and won't all fit our party of 5 as its partially full again and they wouldn't let me stand! Our experiences on 2 different occasions was just not worth extra time and frustration when so we won't be going back. read more

We have used this service about 4 times now. We did the Valet service and it has been super easy and super helpful. I love setting up the trips through their app and last time we had a full detail of the vehicle while we were gone so it was so nice to come home to a clean Jeep inside and out and have bottles of water waiting for our drive to the Springs on the way home from DIA. When rebooking you can usually get a discount on your next booking which is also nice. They unload and load your bags and suitcases and put them on the shuttle and unload them to curbside check in which when I'm traveling alone with my adult handicapped daughter the whole thing just makes that part of the trip and transitioning from car to shuttle to airport so much easier. We will definitely use Park DIA in the future! Very nice business. read more

I've loved ParkDIA ever since I first heard their ad on Pandora a few years ago. They were the best kept secret back then as they were fast and the cheapest lot closest to DIA, and had super friendly drivers who usually picked you up and dropped you off right at your car. Since then their prices have steadily increased, and they've done away with their perks program where you could get a couple days free parking each month. Now they've gone to a points system which for infrequent traveling, isn't as great. Plus, I don't like the ever changing pricing. You get cheaper rates for making a reservation which seems to go up & down by $1+ every so often. Still appreciate their drivers who are courteous and offer free water! Well done. read more

I use this lot every week and once in a great while the shuttle does not come and pick me up when I enter. The shuttle is always late (I use the West side) in arriving when I am ready to get picked up after my flight. Once in a great while it is there waiting but not very often. On another note, one night I got back to my car and it was out of gas (my fault). The people on the check out called maintenance for me and I was driven to the DIA gas station at the rest stop and used their (ParkDIA) gas container to get gas and then the man even helped me put the gas in my car. Overall it is a very good place to park when using the DENVER airport. Plus, they have a good reward program that is worth signing up for. read more

A great close in parking lot with covered parking that is not $28 per day--It's $15.50. It is very convenient and the indoor parking large and well lit. The shuttle driver picks you up directly at your parking space. (there is uncovered as well for $9.50) I recommend the app for your smartphone- when you join for free you get perks like free parking and book in advance capabilities. Also, we didn't use this benefit this time but we will certainly on the next trip - 15% Off for AAA, AARP and military or retirees, medical, police, fire departments and teachers--just show a valid membership or ID The ability to make a reservation is great especially if you are going to be traveling during peak times. read more

I enjoy using Park DIA because it is simple and easy to use their app on android phones. I can always get a good rate and the garage is real close to DIA. Everytime I leave for an extended time out of Denver I always choose this place. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shuttles at night are scarce so the wait time for someone to come pick you up gets to be quite long especially when there are a lot of people waiting to get picked up. Last time I got picked up at night was in the Fall and it was freezing outside with a good windchill and there were about 15 people near the shuttle pickup zone. Took like 20-30 minutes to get picked up sitting there in the cold at the airport. read more

I travel one week a month for business, as well as personal travel. I love the location of ParkDIA, it is much closer to the airport than my last off-site parking. I also like that the "covered" parking is totally covered, as opposed to just strips of awning above the vehicles. The staff is friendly and courteous. What I don't like is the wait time to be picked up by the shuttle for the drive to the airport. On multiple occasions I have called the office more than once asking when the shuttle will arrive. This is very frustrating! If they could just fix this one issue then I would be a loyal customer forever and not even consider trying another parking option. read more
