Parking was fine and low costs but then you have to wait for 30 minutes for your shuttle. Not worth the wait and hassle. Park DIA has gone downhill! If I wrote this review 6 months ago I would have sworn by them. It was the only place I would park, as soon as you pulled in there was a shuttle following you to get you to the airport. The trouble for me started in September. I had an early morning flight to Chicago. My flight left at 6 and I got to Park DIA a little before 4. I didn't plan on a whole lot of time due to having pre and already checked in to my flight... well I show up and there is a line about 35 people long. It takes 45 minutes for me to get to the airport. Then on the way back there was a line about 25 people long and took me an hour to get back to my vehicle. I chalked that up to I caught them at the wrong time... it happens. Wrong! I fly again and give them another chance and about the same situation maybe not quite as bad. Ok I will chalk that one up to DIA construction and busy travel season... mind you that's strike two. My wife flew with my two year old and I told her to be weary of parking at Park DIA but as my last trips were solo trips she wanted to experience it herself. She regrets it. Took forever to get a shuttle to the airport then on the way back no one ever told her they moved the pick up spot (you would think they would remind people as they dropped them off at the airport). She tried to call... no answer. She tried downloading the app and it said it couldn't be downloaded. All in all we want to like Park DIA and we would if their standards were what they were a year ago. Step your game up and until you do I will find somewhere else to park. read more

I had a groupon for a 3 day uncovered parking, I was sort of skeptical because of all the negative reviews about park dia. Well my flight departure was at 530 am, I decided I wanted to give myself enough time to park as this was my first time using parkdia, I arrived at 230am, luckily the bus was at the pickup location upon arrival so I didn't need to wait. The driver was very helpful with information on how I can get a ride back and how to use the text/phone system for updates on shuttle arrival. I've been parking here for 2 years and been holding off on this review. They started off so great with driver's customer service and low pricing that I called the manager to compliment the hiring/training. Over the past year or so the prices have gone up multiple times, I have issues with drivers picking me up when I park, and on this most recent trip had issues parking (row was full/mislabeled, no directors, waiting for pickup ~5+ minutes)... return trip waiting for 20+ minutes for a driver to pick myself and a bunch of other customers up. read more

On your App there is no where saying needs reservation on July 6th, even thru when I called customer service on Wednesday the day before 4th July just to ask if I need to do anything to park there, they told me NO just come to park. The other companies have been coming and picking up people immediately, but ParkDIA sends one shuttle every so often. This service is terrible. Takes an hour in line to get picked up when you park, another hour in line when you return from your trip. We used to use this service with no problem. I'm writing an update based on the past 4 experiences I had parking here. While I was very annoyed at the time of my last review and searched for other parking options, there doesn't seem to be many better alternatives, so I continued to park here when heading out of town. I'm glad to say that lately, they seem to have gotten better with their shuttle schedule at the airport curb. While it still bothers me to watch other parking services regularly have shuttles waiting at the curb while the ParkDIA crowd grows, waiting for a shuttle, the longest I've had to wait recently was 15 minutes to get picked up. It certainly is concerning to arrive at the pickup area and there are 30 people waiting, but at least I haven't been stranded for an hour like I have in the past. Still not great service, but a 2-star review was a little harsh after my last experiences. read more

It was my first time parking here and I think it will be my new spot. The shuttle was very clean and a comfortable ride. It was super close to the airport which was nice and the shuttles came every couple of minutes. The price is why I picked this spot as others were double for the same uncovered parking. Our family of five arrived at the lot with PLENTY of time. However, there were 50-75 people standing in the lot waiting to be shuttled. When I asked one of the drivers what the plan was, he shrugged me off. People were cutting in front of others, creating more tension and frustration. We tried to call the office and alert them to the crowd waiting and becoming more upset by the minute. NO ONE would answer, maddening! We barely made our flight. Is 0 stars an option?? This is the worst parking service at any airport I've ever visited. Last time I travelled an employee closed the back hatch of my car onto items in the bag, getting the latch stuck and requiring $100 of repairs. This time on the outbound the shuttle driver yelled at us for getting our luggage and when we returned the shuttle pulled away from me and my small children literally as we ran to the door. It was freezing out and the next shuttle was another 10 mins. This service is a joke and an embarrassment to the airport. We will never use it again. read more

Horrible place to park. Don't do it! We had a flight at 6 am and parked here. The bus sits at the end of the row and does not pick you up at your car so we had to walk on a sheet of ice about 70 yards to the bus at 4 am. Then at pick up after our trip the line was so long to get on the shuttle we were waiting at 11 pm in the cold for 5 shuttles before we got a ride. They sent a van and the driver does not even open the door for us to get on while he is loading bags. Don't park here. read more

I noticed all the bad reviews and was a little hesitant, but thought hey, I'll just give myself some extra time before getting to the airport just in case. I used the 50% uncovered coupon code making parking there a steal and drove on over to the lot with my reservation. Upon entering they scan your reservation and then direct you to which row to park at. Once at the row I could see a line of 40 people waiting for the shuttle, my stomach dropped and thought here we go. I parked and got in the back on the line. And luckily enough 3 shuttles all showed up at once to pick us up. I had to wait maybe a total of 10 min from parking, waiting in line and loading on the shuttle before we were off for the airport. I could see how the people in front of me could have waited a bit longer, but I think this is one of the busiest off site airport lots so the line grows quickly. All in all the drop off and pick up a few days later was right on time. My drop off, was prob more luck than anything. I got the last seat on the shuttle and then was lucky to have the closest uncovered lot spot after exiting the drop off area for covered parking. I will definitely use them again, but will always plan for the worst and hope for the best, ha read more

Expect to wait quite a while when you return to Denver. Lately the line for shuttles back to the lot is incredibly long with very few shuttles picking up. There were several other shuttles from different lots that came by multiple times before we saw one bus from ParkDIA. We like the price but we're likely to park elsewhere next time. read more

This was hands down the worst parking experience of my life. I waited 40 minutes, in the rain, after I parked to go to the airport. There were people waiting for over an hour for the shuttle, an elderly couple, and a handicapped women told me they had been waiting for over an hour and were going to miss their flights. A full shuttle came by and said another one would come for us in no more than 7 minutes, the shuttle came 25 minutes later. Upon arriving back at DEN and heading back to parkDIA, there was a line of over 50 people waiting for the shuttle. I had to wait in line for over an hour as multiple shuttles for all the other companies came by (Wally, Fine, The Parking Spot). I suggest Groupon takes parkDIA off their site until parkDIA makes major improvements. UPDATE: I got a response on Yelp (below) asking me to email them. However, I had already emailed that email address on September 8 (5 days ago), and followed up on September 10 (3 days ago), and still no response. I advise anyone who wants to park here two things. One get the app so you can see where the shuttles are and for a cheaper option to get into the gate. Two make sure you give yourself another hour or two (on top of your already given time) especially if you're leaving prime time as everyone else aka 9-12 because we waited for a shuttle with at least 60 other people out in the snow for about 45 minutes. They're only letting about 10 people on these shuttles as well. Also as nice as it is for the drivers to drop people off at their cars; if there's a huge line of people waiting for their flight and sending out multiple pings on the app it's a little irritating. Prioritizing people who have to make flight times rather then people returning to their cars. Also possibly have more then 10 active shuttles for that early considering the lack of people that can be squeezed on is a huge oversight. Anyways yes it's cheap, it's good if you don't want to park at DIA itself and going to be gone for any length but know this place is not a slam dunk, especially if it snows; the lot will be a mess to get in and especially out of. read more

The most unorganized shuttle service ever!!! Nothing is consistent, one day they have a covered only shuttle, the next day outdoor parking gets priority. East side and west side pick ups are a train wreck, never enough shuttles always being left in freezing temperatures for the "next" Shuttle. Classic line from the driver: "next shuttle is literally right behind me" My last trip we were about to leave the lot and the driver circled all the way back around only to find out he didn't have enough seats. The radio is filled with chatter about two vans being in the same spot at the same time. Sounds like chaos. The management tells me to plan my arrival accordingly; hard to plan when you don't know if it's a 3 minute or 30 minute wait for a shuttle. read more

I love utilizing ParkDIA, dba Park N Fly, to keep my car handy without a huge price tag. If you're a member of Park DIA which helps you earn points towards free parking days, your uncovered parking will run you 7.45/day and the covered parking will keep your car safe from the elements for 14.95/day. If you don't make a reservation in advance, drive up parking is $8.95/day for uncovered. The most difficult part of the ParkDIA system is getting your barcode to scan at check in and check out. Be prepared to spend a few minutes angling your phone every which way to get it to register. Be sure to turn your screen brightness all the way up. Once inside the gates, parking is a breeze. There is a sign directing you to the aisle where they are currently boarding a bus. Your wait time to departure is about 5 minutes or less and then you're off to the airport. PRO TIP: they always stop at West Terminal first. Just get off there and walk across to the East Terminal, if you're flying out of east, as it will save you a few minutes rather than taking the round trip back to East. The buses do not run frequently, so if you see one pulling out of terminal, you're likely going to be waiting at least 10 minutes for the next bus, and since its the last stop on the island, you get to watch every. Other. Parking. Company. Run. Their. Multiple. Buses. It definitely sucks more waiting in the winter! Be sure to bring a few dollars to tip the driver and to hold on to your parking ticket as the driver will request it to help drive you to your car. Last week I parked here with the help of Debbie. I was running late and she made sure I was taken care of and made me feel welcome. Upon returning the shuttle van picked me up within 10 minutes and I was back at my car in no time. It was my first time here, but it will not be my last. It was a great experience and I am grateful to Debbie and the employees for making my rough arrival at DIA a good experience. I've used ParkDIA for years and have recommended them to friends. They've always been on time and I've grown accustomed to the shuttle driver picking me up directly from my car as soon as I park. When you have years of this experience, it makes you change the time you need to arrive at the airport because you don't factor in a long wait time. Right??? So you imagine my surprise on 6/30/21 at 4:45AM when I arrive, park, and discover a line of people about 75 deep waiting for a shuttle. I'm shocked. Few shuttles are coming. I waited for 25 minutes before getting on a shuttle. This was one contributing factor (in addition to the security lines) that made me miss my flight. I can't solely blame ParkDIA, because of course there is personal responsibility involved and I could have arrived even earlier than I did. But never having to wait before for a shuttle for YEARS of using this service led me to a major shock. I got rebooked for a flight at the same time on 7/1/21. Show up an hour earlier than the previous day. Lines are somehow WORSE. People are lined up all over the parking lot rows. A driver came up and told us where to line up (on the other side of the lot). I followed his directions and moved out of line to go where he said. Well that was a mistake. No one else followed, it was so confusing, and I ended up losing my place in line. I move again back to the huge line on the wrong side of the parking lot. After several minutes of no shuttles, I decide to just order a Lyft. I couldn't risk missing my flight again. In 30 minutes of waiting in line for a shuttle I never got aboard. $20 to Lyft later and I made it on time. When I called ParkDIA on 6/30/21 to confirm I could leave the lot and come back the next day, the customer service agent was friendly but hardly apologetic about the situation. She gave me some points on my ParkDIA account which is useless because I won't be parking here again. This is a competitive business and there are so many other on-site and offsite airport parking lots. I will see how long it takes to get picked up when I arrive back in Denver. Based on other reviews I have the lowest possible expectations. Don't park here!!! When you are a business in a TIME-SENSITIVE industry, there is absolutely no excuse for having horrible time management. I felt bad for the drivers because of how stressed the customers were. It's not the drivers' fault; it's management. Accept fewer reservations if you don't have the staff for the demand. At the VERY least, have an employee stationed in the parking lot to direct passengers where to line up. That would make it more organized. read more

This was really rough I gotta say. My friend recommended DIA Park since she had a good experience but maybe it was different for her because of the time of day off her service. They need to be more efficient on their route of the parking lot. But let me get to this first.. my husband and I arrived back to DIA and it was freezing outside.. snowing.. 23 degrees. A bunch of us waited at island 5 at the West terminal for literally 30-45 minutes for a shuttle to pass by and there were zero. I called them and the lady said she sees two shuttles coming up.. 20 minutes later.. nothing. I called her again and she said they got stuck in traffic and they are on their way. I don't believe her because I saw different shuttle/parking companies come through like 5 times. I believe their lack of efficiency is where they look for passengers to pick up and drop off. Now I do appreciate that service but there should be a better way of distributing this. They should have a couple of dedicated spots at the parking lot where people can walk to and the driver should wait for an x amount of time before having to leave. And when you drop people off at the parking lot, there should be dedicated spots where you drop certain people at once in a certain vicinity.. just something more efficient. read more

This place is an operational nightmare. Avoid, avoid, avoid. We used to prefer park DIA despite having a better discount elsewhere, this is no longer the case and we shall not be using their service any longer. As they have grown in popularity, they have become disorganized and have sacrificed essentially all customer service and timeliness. As a nearly 8 month pregnant lady standing in the freezing cold at close to midnight, I was unable to make it onto the first shuttle (fine), but then about 20-30 minutes passed and 30 people accumulated and still no shuttles... on the online app we could watch all of the shuttles go to the west side and then leave OR just sit at their home base. Finally, phone calls and texts of no avail, one shows up and then absolute chaos ensues. There was no order or attempt to prioritize those waiting longest. Other services will give people a card who don't make it onto a prior shuttle... nope. They then attempted not to let my husband on the shuttle as so many people cut in front of us, at which point we were so far past done. So again... This place is an operational nightmare. I have parked here since it opened and almost was exclusive here. I am done - the cheap prices are no longer worth the hassles. We waited 40 minutes in a line of over 70 people as shuttles trickled in to bring us to our cars - good grief - hire some help. It is just as bad going out - not picking you up at your car anymore - lines in the snowy cold weather at the parking lot - drivers who cannot write down the proper section which leaves others twirling around trying to find your car in a sea of cars - unfriendly check out people. My boyfriend and I arrived at DIA and were excited to get back home, but after waiting outside in the cold for 17 min, we weren't allowed on the shuttle because it was "full". When I asked how long it would be until the next shuttle I was told "2, 3, 5 maybe 10 minutes" in the most unprofessional manner. When I called their customer service number, no one answered, therefore I left a voicemail. It may be the "cheapest" but if you're looking for convenience and customer service, then I recommend FINE parking. It's only a couple dollars more and their shuttles are ALWAYS waiting on people. Love this place! Way better than Pikes Peak parking up the road. I work out of town and use this lot frequently. The drivers are always so friendly, always on time and the prices are good. Just a few weeks ago I got home from a few months away and my car wouldn't start due to a dead battery. I walked to the front office and they said they'd send someone to help jump me right away. While I was waiting I got to enjoy watching the most beautiful white barn owl swooping around the parking lot (it was night time, so I guess he was on the hunt for field mice). The manager, Rocky came and helped jump my vehicle no problem and also offered some great conversation. Apparently five barn owls live under and around their garage...so cool!
