It was quite hot, but the restaurant had ample shading and misters. Food and drinks were typical for a weekend brunch. The flower farm was a real standout! The staff gave us a quick but comprehensive tour and provided metal flower vases, clippers, and parasols for the heat. I loved the variety of flowers! The Flower Barn is located on a beautiful property where you can also enjoy brunch, host a wedding, or explore the garden grounds, all of which seem worth experiencing on their own. As someone who loves creative activities, this was an experience I would highly recommend. Walking into the Flower Barn felt like stepping into a magical storybook cottage. Dried flowers hung from the ceiling and lined the walls, creating an incredibly aesthetic and charming atmosphere. It is definitely a place where you will want to take photos. We were welcomed by Sandra, who was sincere, warm, and genuinely caring. She provided helpful guidance throughout the workshop and was wonderful to talk to. She would often bring over additional flowers that matched the look and feel I was going for, which made the experience feel very personal. You are able to make your bouquet as large or as small as you like, as long as it fits inside the provided metal container. The hospitality extended beyond just Sandra. The owner and Kim, the social media manager, were also very welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had. It felt like everyone there truly cared about making the experience special. At the end of the workshop, you bring your finished bouquet in the metal container to Sandra, and she carefully wraps it in paper and ties it with a ribbon. That final touch made the whole experience feel even more thoughtful and complete. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop not only for the creative joy of working with dried florals, but also for the genuine kindness and hospitality shown throughout the event. Booked reservation same day for a a party of 6 (fyi-20% auto gratuity). We were promptly seated and received excellent customer service. Kyle as our server he was attentive and helpful!!! My mom had the Bloody Mary and it was fantastic with the delicious candied bacon (word of advice to owners just sell the bacon as a side). All drinks were delicious! The pear, the peach just yummy. I had an event at my church and prior to going to the flower farm I called and spoke with Rafael. He is wonderful in every way; he actually wanted my event to be as nice as possible. I guess he could tell I wanted the best and this place does not disappoint, what an experience. I was rushed and unfamiliar with picking and arranging. By the time I left, I had a basic understanding of how to make the flowers look amazing. The staff who worked in the arranging area is passionate about their arrangements and it shows. I will be back in June to experience the flowers for the summer. read more

We spent another beautiful day here at Park Winters - enjoying the Valentine's wreath workshop with Rafael. The wreath making workshop using dried wildflowers was such a blast. The barn where all of these classes are held makes it even more magical. Actually co-designed it with my husband and it was such a blast. Park Winters just brings out such a creative and peaceful side of you and it was so special to be able to do this. Highly recommend checking out the schedule of workshop and picking schedule. After the workshop, enjoyed the grounds and relaxed at the many sitting spots. Perused through the cottage shop and then had the most delicious brunch. Some favorites are their homemade biscuits, fingerling potatoes, caesar salad & chorizo hash just to name a few! Can't wait for our next visit in March. Six of my friends and I visited the flower farm to pick bouquets to celebrate my birthday, and this was one of my most memorable birthdays! The flower farm itself was beautiful. We met one of the owners, Rafael(sp?), who was so friendly and passionate about the farm & flowers. He shared his story of how he got into flower farming and showed us great tips on making the perfect bouquet! (Despite his great instructions, I probably need more practice, so I'll be visiting the flower farm again.) For $35, you can build the most enormous bouquet with any amount of flowers & fillers. I always wondered why farmer's market bouquets are so expensive, and now I know why. Flower picking & arranging is more complicated than it looks! But it's still so much fun. I also want to shout out to Sharon, who wrapped our bouquets beautifully and makes the wreaths for sale at the gift shop (I have one hanging on my door now). Afterward, we had lunch at their restaurant. The menu is limited, but the rustic vibes were a nice touch, and the view was lovely. Shoutout to our server today, Kristian. This isn't for the flower farm but the pizza at the pavilion dinners that they have there. They have stone fired pizzas that you can order and sit outside and the view and ambience are great. They also have salads and fries you can share. I do wish they had more in their menu but the pizza is nice and one serves 1-2 (or you can get 2 pizzas if you're really hungry. Wish it was closer to us but great for a date night or if you are in the area. read more

What a fun and relaxing experience! My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary, we actually got married at Park Winters 2 years prior! It's the perfect date, girls day out, or mother daughter activity. Following picking our own bouquet we had lunch at the farm stand which was delicious! Definitely recommend making a day of your visit here! Booking online is an easy process, you book for the day and can arrive anytime between 9AM-12PM with the farm closing at 1PM. Upon arriving there is ample parking and clear signage directing you to the pick your own bouquet experience. You check in at the farm stand and they provide you with a bucket of water, shears, and drinking water. They have a sectioned off area for flower picking and they provide you with some simple directions and guidance then you're let loose. The flower selection was diverse with lots to choose from to customize your creation. We decided to just book one bouquet and we were able to work together to come up with a stunning bouquet. The experience is honestly a great value! These flowers would easily cost way more from the store and it came with the experience! When you come, make sure to give yourselves plenty of time for the experience. We gave ourselves 40 minutes before our lunch reservation and we finished but should have allotted at least an hour to take a more leisurely pace and take it all in! We'd definitely recommend this experience and all the other experiences Park Winters has to offer! read more

My gf took me on a date here so we can pick our own bouquets. We had such a blast, there was so many different types of flowers to choose from. When you first check in, there's a lady in the barn who gives you a tutorial of how to cut the flowers. You grab a bucket of water and start picking and whenever you're done, they'll wrap it into a bouquet for you. My bouquet turned out so beautiful and I was really happy with it. The Farm at Park Winters is a special place! We recently attended a Dried Floral experience at the farm and it was just lovely! The old barn house that the class was held in was just simply enchanting, the scents of dried blooms lingering in the air, the design notes consisted of shabby chic, French countryside and Americana. We were greeted with tea and water, the barn had heaters since it was a chilly spring day, a nice touch. The leader of our class, was passionate about the preservation of seeds and sustainability and you could feel his love for all farm! We had the best time getting to pick out our dried flowers and diving into the experience, we found our inner florist for sure! This place is definitely out in the middle of isolated farmland, but it's a nice break from the suburban Sacramento I'm used to. Parking area was spacious and easy to access. There are signs that guide you to the right area. A short walk to the farm brings you to a beautiful barn that has been preserved. A big thing that was emphasized was that they're big on reusing and recycling the materials used. Bathrooms were recently installed and they were incredibly clean and beautiful inside. We were warmly greeted and instructed to go explore the grounds, all expertly manicured and tidy. This place definitely cares about the aesthetics of their brand and it definitely shows. I cannot say enough descriptive words about how amazing The Farm is. I had the Pear and Pine cocktail that I can't imagine why anyone would dislike. We had a cheese board, salad and panini. Everything tasted divine, not a bad bite. We finished it off with chocolate chip and carrot cake cookies. Apparently their baker, Stephanie is a chocolate chip genius. The service was attentive and friendly but never pushy. The dining room is a beautiful and somehow simple place to have a meal. Then it was time to walk the grounds. Do not skip this. The gardens and grounds are immaculate like you flew to France, and this is dead of winter. There are so many areas to lounge and take in the scenery. The pool is majestic, like you are in Beverly Hills. We met Paul (stellar employee) who showed us the inn. We didn't stay but the inn alone is a masterpiece. I don't think I've ever cared about ceilings before but no detail in design is omitted here. We didn't even do any of the long list of activities on the farm! My daughter and I had the most wonderful day at the Farm at Park Winters! A perfect half-day trip from Davis or Sacramento. The drive out to the farm is pretty and easy to get there. Raphael gave us a lovely tour and I appreciated learning about the sustainability of the farm. Then we were let loose to walk and choose our flowers. We let our creativity flow, the flowers are gorgeous and the setting is inspiring. We both came home with bouquets that we love. They package them up to make it easy to transport home. Just being outside under a blue sky in the sun and surrounded by fields and flowers is good for the soul. Add a charming "dried flower barn" and "chicken palace tea house" and it's even better. We will definitely go back, they say that the flowers change every week and we want to try summer and fall blooms. read more

You could be in the south of France 10 minutes from Vacaville! The food bites were incredible!
