Easy access to the subway and underground, but getting into and out of central London will take you like an hour whether you use public trans or a taxi, so factor that into your pricing. ROOM: Decent. We were first put in a double room (217), which bizarrely consisted of two twin beds pushed together. The room also only had one working outlet, which is difficult if you have more than one device or intend to do any work. We were later upgraded to their suite (326) with a four-post King and a pull out couch, which worked way better and had a great bathroom. ACCOMMODATIONS: There's a pub on site but it closes early. Breakfast is available but only til 9:30AM, and we never saw a menu. Lunch and dinner menus are more modernized with tapas and few to no classic dishes as expected. Parking appears to be free, luggage storage available, free and fast WiFi was a huge bonus.

A short walk gets you to Ealing Broadway train station and you're just far enough from the busy areas to enjoy. There are bars, shops, a TK Maxx (TJ Maxx in America) a popeyes and a McDonalds close by. I highly recommend this place.

One issue I had was that the room was roasting with no way to cool the room, the bathroom had a heated mirror to stop condensation, this only made matters as when there is a heatwave the last thing you want is a heater on warming the room even more.

After struggling to find some food in the LDO and surrounding areas in Wembley on event day, ahead of watching City beat Spurs 3-1, I decided to call in here and it really was something I'd instantly regret. The whole decor was cheap and basic, it felt more like a cafe than a restaurant. The staff spoke really poor English, for example communicating regarding my allergies was difficult and they didn't even seem to know what gluten was, in the end, I offered for a plain chicken breast with mashed potato, which they recommended. I did have an issue straight away, with my tap water, the tap water was presented in the jug and had a hair in, after calling a member of staff to complain, I asked for more water but instead she come over and cleaned the table, after explaining again I was in a hairy situation and wanted the water to be replaced, she comes back and CLEANED THE TABLE AGAIN! with some sort of spray. It was only until after that she finally understood and replaced the water, this was so frustrating to have to go through something so disgusting and then the staff member expected me to carry on drinking the water and didn't understand the word replace. That was just the start. My meal was a huge let-down, it was presented sloppily which I certainly didn't expect for £12, the whole dish tasted like it has been frozen, it was bland, watery and had no flavour, which applied for both the chicken and the mashed potato, even mayo was unable to save or revive the dish, like the cheap, poor food quality the same could be said for the mayo which was a sloppy, watery, disgusting mess. Being an event day and only offering a limited menu alongside a buffet is no excuse for food being of that awful quality, and service being of that awful quality, to the point I'd even say the terrible nature and careless nature of the staff here, not understanding about gluten-free, or even being able to replace a water which I found a hair in, and then the food quality being so bad, I just couldn't eat it, I feel this is a huge let-down and is a place to AVOID AT ALL COSTS, in an area with so much choice, it would be best to wait somewhere else than come in here and eat awful food. It's a small hotel but I think they did a good job of making me feel like I was at home. My room was also new and the bed was super comfy. I also recommend their maid service whom did a great job tidying up each day... Including folding my pajamas lol! They also have a restaurant downstairs with good food at decent prices. They mostly serve Italian food and I recommend the risotto. When my friend was sick they also was able to charge us for a banana we wanted. You also have the option to order room service, which I never do but recommend it here. One minor issue is that they have kind of spotty wifi. It's mostly good but there are some periods where it didn't really work. Again this was a non issue for me because I wasn't there on a business trip, but if this is important to you take note! Lastly, they also have a taxi service they call for you. I requested one from the hotel to gatwick for 75 pounds!! Way cheaper than an actual taxi and even uber sometimes. If I'm ever back in London, I will definitely pay to stay here again. It's around a 15-20 minute ride from central London. I'm not much for crowds so this was the perfect hotel for me.

The walk could have been nice but the neighbourhood unfortunately did not feel very safe. I mean there's a huge fence around the hotel... What kind of neighbourhood even needs that? Secondly it's also located next to a very busy motorway and the windows are poorly isolated. This results in sleepless nights for light sleepers. Thirdly it was so incredibly hot because the rooms do not have air conditioning! Fourthly there's the food: breakfast is immensly expensive and dinner, well, they probably got that straight from food store "Iceland", but of course sold them at a higher price because they made the effort of microwaving the food for us first. Probably the only reason they even deserve a star are the beds and pillows, which are excellent. But seriously, London has better accomodation to offer.
