We have parked at executive for 20 years and would rate their parking service high. However when you have an issue you will receive a lack of customer support. We had ancillary oil change car services using our points and our car seized on the MA turnpike.The car was deemed totaled and to move forward with obtaining resolution and another car we had to hire an attorney. This incident cost us another car, attorney fees, loss of work time and almost loss of life on the MA turnpike in Boston. We received no assistance from executive management or as a loyal customer a call to follow up on the incident. Most companies to remain competitive, customer service is listed as number one on a mission statement not Executive Parking. read more

I've used Executive Valet many times, but it wasn't until recent that I took advantage of some of their services including having my car detailed. They did an EXCELLENT job, the best I've seen yet (sidenote: I drive a minivan and I have three dirty kids). It was a bit on the pricey side but well worth it for the quality of work done. If I could give this business "0" stars I would. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about Executive Valet parking. Be careful! They might give your car to someone else!! Recently my car was parked there. My sister (who had never seen the car before since it was newly purchased) arrived at the airport & gave the shuttle driver the claim number for my car. When she arrived at Executive Valet, a car that was the same make & model as mine was ready & running. Since she hadn't seen the car before and it was dark out, she assumed that it was my car. Again, the claim check number was given to Executive Valet & they drove the car up. (Keep in mind, the car that I do own was not there under the canopy ready for pick up). So, my sister got into the car that was waiting there for her & drove away. The next day she realized that she was not driving the right car. When she called Executive Valet they were terrible to her. They claimed that it was all her fault for taking the wrong car. They took no responsibility and even threatened to call the police & report the car stolen. The manager Andrea Davis was very argumentative on the phone & offered no apologies. I wonder if the person who owns the car they gave us knows that it was driven for a day by someone else!? They won't have the chance to give my car away! read more

We park here often when we travel and so do my parents. It's about a 10 minute ride to the airport but it's worth it. If you make a reservation ahead of time you save money so it's cheaper than airport parking. The staff is always very friendly and professional. They have you in and out in a flash and warm up your car for you in the winter which is nice. read more

Do not use the Detailing Services of this location, had them detail my truck while it was parked at the Windsors Locks location, what a mistake! when I returned they had wiped something on the brand new rims to try and make them black the rims were a medium to dark gray. Multiple attempts to correct the situation have been meet with absolute indifference on the part of both the detailing manger and the office/general manager. They claim that the video they take when you pull in shows damage, not sure how an extremely low resolution black and white video can show damage vs dirt on the wheels.Save yourself the aggravation and hassle and do not use this place. As other have said STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this amateur operation. read more

I've been parking at EVP for so many years, I can't even remember. I've tried other lots but why park somewhere that is not as professionally run when EVP will match competitor prices and also runs specials on their website. They also offer discounts for AAA & have a frequent parker program that gives you points to use toward future parking, oil changes, car detailing. I had very minor car damage (the first time ever there) and am pleased to report that Amber (office manager) handled it quickly, courteously, and professionally. I had the check in hand two days later! I have never written a Yelp review before, but I was so impressed with how this was handled, that I felt I had to share it on social media. Valet parking may be a bit more expensive than self parking, but well worth it to have the car cleared of snow and waiting for you. Some self- park lots are automated in/out with no attendant. Not a good thing when you land late at night and if there is a problem. Being dropped off at night in a dark self-park lot raises the question of security, both for the car and for the driver. Over the years I have had the pleasure of dealing with Amber & Liz who have been great. It says something about the company that there is not a big turnover of staff. Service was great, but very dissatisfied with the company. I left them with a valet key and when I got my vehicle back, I could never get into my glove compartment. I don't know if someone attempted to get into it with the valet key or not, but it worked just fine when I dropped it off. I emailed the company about it and they emailed me back that it was unfortunate and that they were sorry, but never admitted any fault. I cannot prove any fault or attempted break-in, so now I'm stuck with a broken glove compartment that is locked, that will require me to hire a locksmith to get into it. We left our car with Executive for two weeks and I picked it up last night. We were thrilled with the cost, it was very cheap. The two things I would warn people about are: 1. pay attn to what your odometer was when you dropped the car off....ours had 5 mls extra on the car (maybe they parked it far away...) 2. most of the loose change that was in our little cup was gone...I meant to take it out but forgot. This was my first time using Executive Valet, and the service was impeccable! I was running late for my flight, and they registered me and had me at the airport in plenty of time. In fact, I'm sure the whole process was faster (and less expensive!) than if I had parked at Bradley Airport. My return flight got in extremely late due to delays, but the shuttle was waiting when I exited Baggage Claim and my car was already pulled up in front and started. I was very impressed with the entire operation and highly recommend using them. read more

Choose another place to park!! There are so many good reputable options at BDL now. This place used to be the best, but not anymore. I've parked here for years for personal and business travel. Noticed service has not been as consistent or high quality on my last few trips but decided to give them another chance since they sent me a good prepaid rate option. Just returned from a family trip on Saturday, worst experience yet!! They did not send enough vans to pick up passengers so two families were told by the van driver to wait for the next van, it was right behind him. 15 min later there was a line outside terminal still waiting for the next van. Then as the next van pulled up there was chaos and no respect for the line or those that were supposed to have been on the previous van but told to wait. The driver made it worse allowing people just walking out of the terminal who hadn't even called in their ticket onto the van before the two families who had now been waiting 20+ min. Both families included passengers with disabilities, one man with a cane. And definitely do not spring for their cleaning/detail options. Even after 30in it took to get back, Car was not ready. Just needed 10 more minutes to finish up the detailing, which would have been fine if it were actually done but literally one side of the car was not vacuumed or cleaned at all. And there were new scratches and nicks on the outside, not there before. As we were getting in our car to finally leave, we saw one of the attendants break off the sun guard on someone else's car as they were getting out of the car! Do not park here!! Service is unreliable, and your car will have dents, scratches or worse. read more

When we got our car there were scratches on the driver's door that were not there before. We filed a report at the desk before leaving. After 2 weeks of emails & leaving messages we received an email saying that none of the valets had filed a report, therefore the damage was not done by them.....excuse me? My advice to you would be to take pictures of your car with an attendent watching so you have PROOF if there is damage. The total lack of response coupled with the final explanation guarantees that we will NEVER use Exectutive Valet again. read more

I have used them in the past and had no issues. This time, they did damage to my car, a dent, a big smear of white paint, as well as damage to my wheel well. The cashiers took pictures and told me the manager would call me on Monday. I have been contacting them for over a month and still have not been contacted by the manager. Parked there for 5 days, had a coupon for a free three-day stay, so I expected to pay for two days. Upon return from my trip I called them once I had my luggage, but told the girl I would pay cash for the last two days, rather than put it on the credit card they require upon check-in. Went in to the office and paid cash for the last 2 days; got my Amex statement and they charged me for the two days. Called them and was told the bookkeeper didn't find any discrepancies from the receipts that day, and did I have the receipt for paying cash. I told them there was no need for me to keep the receipt once I had paid, and why would I be wasting my time calling if I had not paid cash for the last 2 days.They could or would not do anything.WRONG move! Basic customer service would have offered even a 50 % refund on the last 2 days to keep a customer happy, do they think I would take all the time to contact them if I had NOT been double billed? In this age of ultra-competition, it's mind boggling to me.For all I know the clerk pocketed the cash, thank-you very much.Such nearsightedness! read more

Well let me start off by stating the driver side door handle to our vehicle was broken off. Staff failed to mention this to us upon our arrival. When my husband entered the premises, the employee who damaged the door handle admitted to breaking it. An incident report was completed and a business card was given to us.They assured us that we would receive a phone call by Sunday. Incident occurred Friday night. Sunday came and went, and we did not hear from anyone. My husband made several attempts throughout the week with no success. When he actually spoke to a live person he was told that they don't cover those types of incidents. So be forewarned!!! Parking my car there is a good choice. Getting my car detailed was a HUGE mistake. Below average detail and had to wait for 20-25 minutes for them to finish when I returned from a one week business trip. The point of using them to detail my car was convenience of not having to wait. When I finally got my car, wet seats, dirty window or two. Wheels not cleaned. Clearly a rush job and not worth the $120 or so they charge for the detail. They failed to place my personal belongings back in the car (floor mats, folding chair, blanket and umbrella). I picked the car up on Friday morning and finally got all of my belongings back by the following Wednesday and after 5 phone calls from me to the manager. I will never return. Well, they did refund me $40 on my bill so I have that going for me. Oh, and the driver returning my stuff backed over a one of my landscape lights, $50 out of my pocket to replace. read more

I have been parking with Executive parking at least twice a year for the last 15 years. Parked this last time for 10 days, picked up our car and started home. We noticed a strange sound , however it was under 30 and figured it would stop, It did not, it got much worse. We continued home app 3/4 mile and called executive immediately. We were told to call Amber the manager in the morning as there was nothing that could be done at this time now 01:30 AM. Called after 10:00 AM. I explained the damage to the MV to her and was told this could not have happened on the lot because they have California curbs that can not hurt your car. I did a temporary fix on the car and returned to Executive once more speaking to Amber. This time being told that they have a no fire policy for the employees that damage customers cars, so they always admit to any damage done. I was not told, Don't worry we will make it right. I was told that I should speak with another manager Christine. I was told that she would do an investigation on this damage. I was not at all satisfied with this at all, it was as though she could not understand that I expected my car to be in the same shape that I left it, not damaged. I called the Suffield Police to the lot, and was told this was a civil matter in Conn. however it is now documented. Once more not being told not to worry they would make it right. I called Christine at app 06:30 PM and was told," Oh yeah I herd about that." by Christine. In instead of being told an investigation was begun, I was told this type of damage could not have happened here. I was told because of the company policy that MV's are only backed in to the curbs they were not responsible for my damage. I was told that I left this lot and did not report it prior to leaving. I would point out a few things first there are curbs everywhere around the lot, second notice the cars all parked in the lot nose to the curbs, third after traveling all day my car now waiting to be picked up in an unlit part of the lot, yet I was supposed to see the damage done to the under carriage of my MV. I kind of feel that 92.74 plus the 500.00 deductible on my insurance was too expensive. I explained I only wanted my MV to be in the same shape that it was left in. Keep this in mind should you park in this lot and remember Roncari is just down the road. Having read several posts with damage to done to customer's MV'S it would appear they just take no responsibility for anything. read more

I seldom write reviews but after my last experience there, I had to. I came back to CT early this morning at 2 AM from Florida. Winter Storm Jonas had delayed my flight and dumped snow all along the east coast. As usual, I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for them to pick me up at the airport. When I got back to where my truck was, it was running, heat on (as usual) but also the whole truck was cleared off of snow. That's a great feeling after traveling. CAR DAMAGE - Executive Valet is just a couple of miles from my home so we parked there without question. Returned from a flight late in the evening with my family after a long day of travel and headed straight home. The next morning we woke up to find our car was damaged while in their care. We notified them right away but in the end they refused to cover the cost of the damages because we drove off the lot before reporting anything. Felt like we were being treated like liars. Save yourself the expense. Protect yourself from the unethical personnel at Executive Valet. There are other valet parking sites closer to the airport. And bring a flashlight to inspect your car when you pick it up. read more

Great accommodation for my car while I traveled. I was able to pull in and get on the shuttle to the airport within 10 minutes. When I called to get a transfer back when I returned, the shuttle only took 5 minutes to show up and the driver we had was the same both times. Our cars were waiting for us at the front with the keys in the ignition. The only downside is that the place is a bit farther from the airport than other parking locations, but AAA offers a discount, so we went with them. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I dropped my car off on a Thursday during the day, picked my vehicle up Sunday night. Upon arrival of my home I realized I couldn't open the passenger side door due to a scrape that wasn't there when I dropped it off, they did an inspection upon drop-off of the vehicle and this damage was not noted, because it didn't exist then. Because I didn't do a thorough inspection of my vehicle at 10:45 pm and I drove off the lot, they released all liability to me. They claimed the damages my fault that I must have done the damage on my way home, 25 minutes. No video surveillance on the lot, no accountability because I didn't perform a full inspection of my vehicle in the dark with minimal lighting, I'm never going to "trust" Executive Valet with my vehicle, or anyone else's. read more

We left our car with Executive Valet Parking at Bradley Airport for 3 nights. When we got back into Bradley Airport the pickup was quick, however once we got to the Executive Valet Parking lot, we found that there was damage to our car. The front facia on the passenger side fender was scraped - there was paint removed, exposing the black plastic below the paint. Prior to leaving the car with them, we examined the car carefully for any existing damage that we might not have been aware of previously. There was no damage to the car prior to leaving it with Executive Valet Parking, and they made no effort to determine if the car had any damage when we left it with them. When we showed the damage to them, they said they would do an investigation. The next day, we were told to get a repair estimate and forward the estimate to them. We submitted an repair estimate to them. They replied that their investigation indicated that no one working for them had reported any accidents with my car, or any other car in the lot. They refused to compensate us in any fashion for this damage done in their lot. Basically, this is our word against theirs. In the future we will NEVER leave our car with Executive Valet Parking at Bradley Airport, and we would recommend that nobody ever leave their car with Executive Valet Parking at Bradley Airport. Whenever leaving my car in any other airport valet parking, I will take pictures, or video, of my car prior to leaving it. read more

I have used Executive parking every time I travel. The last couple times the service has been less than satisfactory. The last time they forgot to pull my car out, so the car was cold when I got in and they never completed the service I asked for. Last week, I called from the airport as always and had to wait 15 minutes from the confirmation text to be picked up. In that time, I saw multiple vans from Roncari and Laz y come and go. Upon arrival at Executive, my car was pulled up, but not running. Apparently, the card on file was expired and they couldn't charge me for the one extra day. Instead of calling me or texting me after I dropped the car so I could make amends, or locking my car and leaving it running so when the van dropped me I would have to go in and make payment, but at least the car would be warm when I got in, they just parked it. One of the reasons I have always parked with them is for the quick pickup and to have a warm cleaned off car when I get there. When I explained my dissatisfaction to the attendant at the desk, she dismissed my concerns and when I emailed the General Manager, I received no reply. This was a stressful trip as I was traveling to visit my father after heart surgery. My experience was however made much easier by my choice of Executive Valet. The experience was seamless. By the time I got to the counter there was someone there to take my luggage to a clean bus. Upon return I had no sooner arrived at the curb when the shuttle pulled up to take me to my car which was out front and waiting for me. The three employees I dealt with were very courteous and competent. I would definitely recommend this service. read more

Just like another customer who reviewed this company, I had a horrible experience with this company. They broke the drivers side door handle to my car and informed me of the station upon my arrival from the airport, they gave me a business card and told me I would be contacted about it in the morning. No one ever contacted me and the manger has refused to call me back even after leaving her numerous messages. Essentially this company boasts about great customer service and trustability but on the chance that something happens to your vehicle while it is their care you cannot trust them to do the right thing and pay for the damages. read more
