    I have used Executive Parking for many years as a travel for work often. In the past I have not had an issues with their parking services, typically prompt and great employees to work with. Over that past few months things have gone down hill quickly though. I had a trip in December that I left my truck at their facility for 5 Days. During this time I decided to get my truck detailed because they had a special I was told about when I dropped it off. Upon picking up my truck I noticed numerous scratches and serious swirl marks throughout the whole vehicle. Spoke to the manager and they told me they would rectify it. They were nice enough to give me a rental car for 24 hours while they fixed it and I was able to pick it up the next day. They reimbursed the cost of the detail and also gave me some free parking at their facility for my next trip. I was promised by the detail manager that he would be the one doing the repair. When I went to go pick my truck up he was nowhere to be found while others were their working on it. I saw some minor scratches throughout the paint but I understand some could have been from before I dropped it off. About four days after I picked up my truck it was nice out and I washed it at my house as I typically do. At that point while drying it I noticed swirl marks and scratches all over it again like when I originally attempted to pick it up. I attempted to reach out to the general manager of the facility that originally helped me out. Called multiple times at the office and left messages with no response. After about three weeks I found the business card the general manager gave me with her cell phone number on it. Called that numerous times and finally got a call back after about a month. While waiting for them to call me back I decided to bring it into a detail shop that I have heard great recommendations about. I explained the situation to the GM when she called. I am now having to pay for a paint repair that they refused to pay for. I was told I should have called sooner. It is not my fault that they did not return my calls. As you can see in the photos there is a lot of damage to my truck. I am now paying $350+ to get this fixed. I will never keep my vehicle at their facility or recommend it to anybody. STAY AWAY.

    Reasonable prices. Solid service. Never have had an issue with this company. Nice to have the car warming up as you arrive home.

    Price was good... Service good ... But a few miles from Bradley.... So leave a few extra minutes to spare when parking here...

They offer valet parking, easy check-in, in a friendly environment, and quick service directly to your airport terminal They also have an easy to use app to check in and book your reservation. Also, you accumulate points towards free days parking. When you arrive back to the airport, you go to the app, tell them you arrived and get the car ready and they will bring it to the undercover canopy for your pick up. You then proceed down to the lowest level of the airport to door four, and usually the shuttle van is waiting there for you! Again, convenience. This may not be the least expensive place to park around the airport, but it's the most convenient. I have no problem with paying a few dollars more per day to park when I get friendly and over the top positive service, in the location that is quickest to the airport They also have self park, which I have never used so I'm not good at giving a review on that All in all, if you want to just drop the keys jump on a shuttle and get to the airport with no BS, this is the place to be. Your car is in a safe, secure area, and is this business is deserving of your patronage

I've never had a long line through security at Logan, and the employees are polite and friendly - they seem less harried than at larger airports. The restrooms are nice, with large enough stalls to comfortably take your luggage in with you and doors that go from floor to ceiling. There are water bottle filling stations in multiple places. Food options are plentiful with restaurants at a variety of price points and there are book stores, snack shops and gift shops as well. Some of the gates are small and don't have enough seating, and it would be nice to have more charging stations for cell phones and electronics at each gate. However, the seats are comfortable and the airport is pretty clean. Parking is great - much cheaper than Logan. On school vacation weeks, I've parked in Lot 5 for just $35 for the entire week. Definitely a solid choice in Airports.

When I returned to get my car, my payment was only one dollar and thirty three cents extra, since I went over the allotted time I put for my reservation. For four days, What a great price!!! The price also includes a van that brings you to the airport which is only a little over mile. The customer service is very great!!! When I arrived, the driver was right behind my car waiting for me. I was thinking what good customer service. He came to my car and put my luggage in the van. The customer service was just as great when I returned from my trip. The van was outside waiting for passengers as soon as we arrived to bring us back to our cars. The customer service is great and I will definitely park there again because who can beat the price of thirty three dollars for four days.

    I have one small negative, one huge negative, and one positive to offer…read more First on the positive, their vans run on good schedules, there seems to be a lot of them, and they are very clean (much cleaner than Roncari) Second, the small negative, I see the "Premier" van and start running to it. As I approach the van, the driver switches the sign to "Economy". It's actually a pretty good system they have to be able to use their vans for both lots...but they should figure that out before they get to the shuttle loading spot. Now the huge negative, I bought an oil change and full "Bumper to Bumper" car detailing. The car was ready when promised. And, it was clear that they had done a detailing. It was washed, vacuumed, cleaned, etc. BUT, the interior detailing was about a 7 on a scale of one to ten. There was still crumbs and dirt in the carpet. There were stains on the leather seats, etc. The exterior was for the most part clean, but I'd say far from "detailed". The nooks and crannies showed ample evidence of not being "detailed". The tires were shined with detailers shine. On first inspection, it looked as though it had been waxed too (as promised). As I got home, though, and the car went through one rain, I realized that the "wax shine" that it had was only detailers shine and not really wax. There is no wax on the vehicle at all. All in all, not a good value for the money. There are so many good car detailers out there. While these guys offer convenience, they don't detail very well. Now finally, here is the real problem. When I raised my question and concern about the interior detailing shortfalls, I actually talked to the... Are you ready now? General Manager, Scott Scaraville. Yes, the big boss. How this guy got this job is amazing. The entire time I was talking to him he barely looked me in the eye, he was consumed with his cell phone, and really acted as though he could care-a-less about me, the company or his job.

    I am reaching out because I have attempted to contact your team via email twice regarding an…read moreextremely unsatisfactory valet experience at the Hampton Inn in Revere, MA. During my stay, my car was moved off the lot without my knowledge, driven around, and returned with an empty gas tank. It then took 2.5 hours to retrieve my vehicle from the location where it had been taken. At no point was I informed that my car would be moved. When I raised my concerns, the staff member I spoke with was disrespectful and did not offer any resolution. I have used your valet service at other locations without issue, which makes this experience at the Revere Hampton Inn all the more disappointing. I would like to request a formal response and explanation for this incident, as well as assurances that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt reply.

    It looks good But…read more.. I paid to park and it was super affordable, only $10 and a shuttle is available all of which is fantastic. However, when I returned from my trip there was a ticket on my vehicle. They wanted me to pay an additional $30 because they said I did not register my vehicle. The confirmation email I received had a QR code to get into the lot. I scanned my QR code and was let into the lot. I parked. I tried to register my vehicle with the link in the confirmation email however it takes me to a BS website. There were no signs in the lot stating where I needed to register the vehicle. The confirmation email said the QR code was sufficient and there would be no need to go into the hotel. Ok so I didnt go into the hotel. I left my email confirmation on the dash of my car stating how much I had paid to park. I still got a ticket. But it gets better!!!! I tried contacting BOTH the company that gave me the ticket and this company, airportparkingreservations. Guess who was able to solve my issue in a timely manner? NEITHER OF THEM. Its been over a week since I returned and I submitted my concern the same day I returned, on a Tuesday. Crickets.
