I am immensely grateful for the care my daughter is receiving since close to 2.5 years. Her speech and language skills have grown impressively. From the first call I felt very welcomed, Monica made everything so easy for me to get my kids enrolled and started. My kids loved going since day one, my son use to cry and fight me every time I dropped him off at his old day care, But not here at park meadows kinder care he runs in and is so happy. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I started taking me baby there when he was 7 months old. The assistant director seemed to have a genuine care and compassion for children. I will say that most of the regular teachers in the infant room were kind and caring; however, as time passed, I started to notice many things that did not sit well with me. The first thing that became evident was the lack of cleanliness in the facility. I watched several people entering the infant room without shoe covers or removing shoes, which is a problem since the infants crawl, scoot, and play on the floors. My baby contracted several illnesses while attending this daycare. He was also sent home with a diaper on that was not his even though he had plenty of his own in center and 3 sizes too small. He had red marks on his legs and waist from the small size. The common areas, doors, floors, and walls were visible soiled. Another thing I observed which was infuriating, was several of the teachers in charge of the pre K children were consistently yelling at the children both during my drop off time and pick up time. This was done so in front of the director on more than one occasion. During one particular incident, it must have been apparent by the facial expression I was making that I did not agree with how I was observing the children being treated, the director took note of my expression and shouted, " have a great day!" to me over the classroom half wall. I overheard not only the teachers but the director, gossiping about some of the other parents of the children attending. I witnessed several teachers more interested in their phones than the children in their charge, all in sight of the director. Additionally, I was asked to pay an annual registration fee only a few months after paying this fee at enrollment. When I questioned the fee, which by definition is an annual fee, the director could not provide me with the enrollment agreement. Furthermore, she blamed the fee on the corporation stating that usually the fee is charged later in the year but this year they decided to charge it early. The last straw come when I picked my child up early one day. As I arrived to the classroom, I observed several adults in the infant room which I did not know and had not seen there before. I found my child asleep in a ball pit. He was in a position which looked like he was sitting with his legs extended in front of him and the upper half of his body laying over his legs. Essentially, folded in half. His face was visibly red. I imagine he was having some respiratory distress. This kind of sleeping is extremely dangerous and could have potentially resulted in serious harm and even death....Who knows if these kinds of unsafe sleeping practices had occurred prior to my finding him this way. I took him out and never brought him back after that day. When I reached out to the director, she admitted to all the items outlined in my complaint, but also tried to place blame on me for not bringing these things to her attention before. I spent several thousand dollars for care at this facility but the care received was not comparable to the cost. There are several much better options in the area for child care. Please do your research and stay clear of this facility and this director. read more

Love this location!! They are amazing especially Christina and Tammy (the teachers I have worked with are great as well) my kids have gone here for over a year they have learned a lot and grown so much since starting daycare! They enjoy all the activities and the way they teach new stuff! The new app is amazing as well you get to see pictures of your kids during the day and see what they are doing as well as the food they are eating! My son goes to Park Meadows KinderCare part-time and we've had a great experience here. The director Karena is very nice, as is the rest of the staff. They are all so friendly every time I drop off or pick up. Also, they have been very flexible with us/not at all hesitant to answer any questions, so I appreciate the great customer service. As far as the curriculum is concerned, my son's preschool class is actively learning and practicing counting and colors, and his teacher is really interactive with the class. He comes home from the center saying he had fun every time. I would definitely recommend this center if you are looking for a daycare. read more

We enrolled our son when he was 7 months old and will be 3 this summer. We are very pleased with this KinderCare location. The teachers are very engaging and we could t be happier with the growth my son is getting from going to school here. They were very helpful during potty training and we all worked together in what works best for my son. The fact that he can count to 15, sing his ABC's and is potty trained by 2 1/2 is amazing and I owe a lot of support from all of the staff members. Each and every From the classroom teacher is fully invested in all of the children. All of the teachers have been truly wonderful. I love to hear my son teach us the songs he has learned and talk about what they are learning each mod. It makes us feel like we made a great decision on this school. We love having the app available to us so we can see him being engaged during class and how he plays with others. My son was enrolled in KinderCare for about 4 months. The Director just suddenly decided they couldn't take my son back. They didn't want to deal with my son's tantrum so they kept calling us and had us picked him up. We paid them full but we got half the service... We had a tour scheduled, and got in without a code or being buzzed in (not secure). The facility is pretty rundown, but the outdoor area looked nice. We did notice right away that the toddlers were outside playing without any supervision by adults. We stood in the entryway without the teachers or administrator noticing or acknowledging us for 5-10 minutes. When Christina (sp?) did notice us, she showed us around the facility (she wore sunglasses the entire time), which had the overwhelming smell of bleach indoors (burned eyes and throat). The toddler room, however, reeked of dirty diapers. As children often are, they were all dirty but also seemed bored to tears. Overall, there was only one "teacher" in the toddler room paying attention to what the children were doing or needed (Nancy?). I asked about food, and Christina indicated that they were fed... I asked what types of meals/snacks are provided, but didn't get much more information ("fruit, veggie, protein, dairy"). Overall, it was rundown, dirty, poorly planned (no activities or curriculum), and poorly staffed (lazy, not engaged). For the exact same or very similar price-point there are MUCH better child care options. They are clearly cutting costs at the childrens' expense to maximize profits. I rarely leave negative reviews, but feel other parents should be warned. read more

Park Meadows KinderCare is a wonderful place for my children to learn and grow. My daughter started when she was 6 months old and now is in the 2 year old room. She is cared for and loved by all the teachers. We walk in the mornings and are greeted by the Center Director Theresa and usually a couple teachers in the pre K rooms. When we get to my daughters classroom, she starts her day with nutrition breakfast. Her days are filled with laugher, music, games, and learning. KinderCare provides an app where I am notified of her activities, naps, food, and changings throughout the day. Pictures and videos are also sent. Three times a week, my daughter learns Phonics and its really helping her develop her language skills. Park Meadows KinderCare treats all their kids like family. read more

This daycare is truly the best daycare you can bring your kids to. My daughters have attended for a little over a year now and I can tell you that every single morning when we walk in, we are greeted with a smile and a hello. The same goes for when our daughters walk into their classrooms. The teachers do an amazing job with the curriculum and it amazes me to see the new things my daughters have learned every day. They have an app that you can use to see photos and videos of your child throughout the day which makes it so much easier to know they are having a great day! The teachers are amazing at helping new parents drop their kids off during the first couple of weeks as it can be a rough transition for the parent and child. The center is clean and well maintained and the staff is always really good about giving me a courtesy call if one of my children is becoming sick or having a rough day. Teresa, the director, is absolutely one of a kind and probably the friendliest person I've ever met. She is always willing to work with families in whatever they need and I cannot say enough good things about her or this daycare. read more

In April when I enrolled my oldest in Kindergarten I asked if they would be able to bus her and was told after the director verified, that yes, they would. In October, that center director left the center and a few days later the new center director informed me that in two weeks they would no longer be able to bus her to school because the district director wanted to sell the bus (yay profit margin!!!) I told her that the school had already committed to busing for the year and it sounded like they needed to follow through on the agreement reached in April. I then left several messages for the disctrict director, ALL of which went unreturned. Nonetheless, the new center director (Christina) informed me that they would continue busing until the new year and that they would try to arrange a "waiter" to wait with my daughter until the bus could arrive and if they weren't able to do that, that she would let me know "sooner than later" since part of the issue was that they thought two weeks notice is a reasonable amount of time to work out child care change. Today, school started again and I receive a text from their mom stating that they won't be picking her up. Call the center, speak to Christina who informs me that they "mentioned it to their mom last week". According to their mom they said they would stop busing on the 11th, but either way, the commitment was made IN APRIL BY KINDERCARE. I spoke to Christina who informed me that they informed my kid's mom last week (Christina, and all of corporate were on vacation so perfect passive aggressive time frame right?). I asked how many schools were no longer being bused to and was told it was just ours and that the one a quarter mile from the school with the most students (Acres Green) will be waiting with her for 15-30 minutes outside daily for the bus to pick them up... This is Colorado and it's 16° outside and it's not uncommon in winter to have single digit temps and below zero temps so I'm not sure if this falls under negligence or abuse or stupidity, but it's one of the aforementioned, if not all three in my opinion. If things don't get squared away in the next week or so, I'd imagine there will be a mass exodus from this center and I'm presently looking at alternatives in the area. The current state of this daycare is an absolute joke. read more

Wow I am so surprised at the reviews for this KinderCare. It is obvious that none of these people have kids enrolled in this daycare, which is why they wrote bad reviews. My daughter started gong here when she was only a few months old and is now two. The teachers love her like she is their own daughter/niece/granddaughter. I work about three minutes away so I often stop in unannounced and there always at least two teachers in her room. She is two and knows her colors, counts to ten, knows tons of songs by heart, knows baby sign language and I can assure you with the hours my husband and I work a lot of it is due to this school. Before bed she talks about her favorite teachers and the kids in her class. People often tell us how great she is at holding a conversation for how old she is and we always say it is because of this school. On Monday my two month old started here and we are so excited to watch her learn and grow from this school the way our oldest did. I have taken my son here for 6 months now and I can say this is a place like home. Every morning my son goes into school and runs to the director Christina who is always there with a smile and gets his morning hug from her. There was a transition period between the old director and Christina but since she has become the director the school is cleaner and the children and happier. My son comes home to tell me what he has been learning and he is starting to learn how to spell his name. I can't thank the Parkmeadows team for their support with raising my son. I have only used this kindercare once as I haven't started working again since my daughter was born, but I was very happy with Erica in the infant room and the manager (? I think that was her title) Shannon. The center was clean, I appreciated the simplicity of the infant room (as opposed to it being in someone's home where I worry there are too many things to get into), the center was clean, and I feel Erica will be a great daycare provider when I do return to work. She was very warm and playful with my daughter. The rates seem to be average for a center like this. read more

My first problem with this place was finding someone to communicate with to schedule a tour. After multiple emails and phone calls, one was finally arranged. I showed up for my scheduled tour with the center director. It's a secure building, which is great, so I rang the doorbell. As instructed. The door appeared to be right outside of a classroom of some sort; I could hear kids playing and I could see two teachers. I waited patiently for several minutes. After a few minutes passed of me just standing there and the teachers staring at me, one of them held up a something she's written in pencil on a piece of paper. Obviously, I could not read pencil from far away through a door. I shook my head to tell her that I didn't understand. The teachers went back to ignoring me. Just as I about to call to inquire about my scheduled tour, one of the young teachers opened the door for me. I told her that I was there for a tour. She was very rude. She gave an exasperated sigh and told me she would have to notify her director Karena. I let her know that I had arranged the tour with Karena and she should be expecting me. The young teacher who let me in the building came back and told me that Karena was busy, but handed me a piece of construction paper and a pen and asked me to write my information. I declined and told her that after all this, KinderCare was not a good fit for my family. I never had children enrolled at this location, and never will. It is very disorganized and the staff was incredibly rude when I showed up for my tour. Not a place I would want to leave my child all day. read more

My daughter has been a student at this school for two years. When we had a schedule change with my job they were more then welcoming with taking her an extra day and they worked with me on getting the day at an affordable cost to me. My daughter has taken part in all the extra activities; the recently added Phonics program that she has begun to take leaps and bounds in is the one I would give ten stars too. I do have to laugh at a few of these reviews. All the day cares we visited before choosing this facility smell like sterilized rooms and a mix of dirty diapers. Kids are petri dishes and bring home colds and bugs all the time and there is only so much that these adults--who are willing to watch our children while we work--can do with a bunch of them running around. We looked at La Petite, MerryHill and a few home day cares and were insulted that those facilities only changed at a scheduled changing time and that she would possibly stay in a soiled diaper for longer than necessary. We all know we change our kids diapers the moment we smell the poop. KinderCare made sure we knew that was how they operated. The other thing is that they actually have lesson plans for all ages. My daughter has grown in all aspects of education and behavior then she would have at other schools because of this. Also, if you do some research they are Nationally Accredited. This means that a voluntary audit is done, annually, and they have to meet 10 standards in order to get this (every year). With in a ten mile radius when you search for this, they are the only one on the list (another day care center is literally blocks away and doesn't show up any where on the search). I as a parent have the responsibility to make sure my daughter learns how to be the best person she can be, and with help of KinderCare and the wonderful staff, we already have a head start on that! Don't forget, these people want to watch your children, some gratitude towards them is all that they ask for in return.
