The principal is…read moreamazing and it's clear, she is well appreciated at the school by all of the teachers and staff. There is no doubt in our minds that she cares for all of the kids, teachers and staff as I'd they all were a part of her own family. Or son is a kindergarten and has grown so much in the last few months. Our son has hearing loss and the teacher does a great job of communicating with him and the entire class. We are incredibly thankful that our son gets to learn at Gold Rush Elementary School.

Despite these expectations, I received little to no support from the administration. The demands of these responsibilities often conflicted with one another. My coworkers regularly expressed that the lunchroom was difficult to manage without my presence, while I was simultaneously expected to cover all kindergarten library times. This left me feeling like I was expected to be in two places at once and made it impossible to fully meet the needs of either responsibility. The principal rarely interacted with staff and visited my classroom only once every couple of months, often calling me by the wrong name. The vice principal consistently failed to follow through with student discipline and frequently required educational assistants to apologize for appropriately enforcing school expectations. Student behavior was often managed inconsistently. I was told by a kindergartener that the vice principal had given them a phone to watch TikTok. In another concerning situation, a fourth-grade female student who reported being punched in the stomach by a male classmate was allowed to decide whether her parents would be informed. Too often, it felt as though students, rather than staff, were in control. School administrators would often reprimand staff for not awarding Golden Tickets to students whenever a parent complained, even when those students had not demonstrated the appropriate behavior to earn the recognition that day. This created inconsistency in the school's behavior management system and undermined staff members' professional judgment. Instead of teaching students appropriate coping skills, conflict resolution, or self-regulation strategies, disruptive behavior was frequently rewarded with toys or playtime in the office. This approach undermined classroom expectations and made it difficult to maintain a safe, respectful learning environment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this school as a workplace due to the lack of administrative support, unrealistic workload expectations, inconsistent discipline practices, and overall school culture. Lastly, my child attended this school and was not consistently challenged with work that matched their abilities or academic potential.

As a first time mom everything is new to me the teachers are so helpful and wonderful. What I exactly like the school is her class has all different age children and all the toys are educational. At home I talk to her only Mongolian. 3 months ago she does not say a word in English now she is speaking with sentences. Her drawing skill improved amazing she can color without any mess and make perfect circle. Sorry that I come late but I saw the teacher Ms Sonali. She is just amazing very well prepared all the lesson and everyday has something to surprise. When I ask how well she is doing and eating her lunch all teachers knows what exactly she did. My baby is sometimes very stubborn when teachers ask to go potty she says no. They were very patient and she had accident no more 3 times. They are non profit organization so you can have some tax deduction on tuition fee. Personally I am very picky person but never happy more than that. Absolutely recommend this school. Ps my English is not good sorry if there is mistakes.

Our son has had Mrs. Andrea for his main teacher for last year and this year and we just adore her. She was MADE to teach! Her enthusiasm and passion in the classroom shows in our sons smile to be with her! The curriculum is rigorous but they create it to be intuitive and child-guided... light years above any other curriculum we saw moving to the Denver area. We've seen our sons critical thinking and problem solving skills soar in this staffs hands. If only we could keep him there for 1-12 too. Thank you, RMA for making our kiddos education truly unparalleled.

I have three kids there who have been in the PreK, Early Preschool, and Preschool programs. From Day One, all of the administrators knew our family and were more than accommodating with the transition to school and problem-solving some tricky behaviors with one of my kids. They take the time to get to know my kids, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our family. The building is new and beautiful, and the curriculum and programs focus on integrating STEAM concepts and activities, Social Emotional Learning, and allowing creative expression and play. I have seen tremendous growth in all my kids since they began at Everbrook, and I know that their focus on building relationships and community has contributed to that. My kids feel safe there, and I feel confident they are cared for and safe. The tuition is comparable to other private preschools in the area; however, this was the best value with everything included (meals, snacks, diapers & wipes). We have been to many different daycares and preschools with our oldest due to moves, and Everbrook has been our favorite and has exceeded all of my expectations!
