My son loves going there and he's always learning something new. They have all new toy and feed them a variety of food daily.

Following the abuse, our oldest was extremely resistant to us needing to leave her at any daycare due to the trauma of her previous experiences. Ms. Laura was beyond patient and understanding and over the course of the several weeks helped my daughter heal and grow past her experience. I cannot begin to describe how grateful we are; Laura has been so compassionate and caring to our two girls, I cannot recommend her enough. We are moving our girls to a larger daycare to take advantage of Colorado's universal pre-k program, otherwise we would be staying with Laura for another year until Kindergarten started.

Laura provides kind, attentive, and affordable childcare in a safe, pleasant, and clean environment. I always knew my son was safe and happy in her care, and even though he was sad when I would leave, I always picked him up to see a huge smile on his face from getting to play and do learning activities all day. Never once did anything scary or concerning happen like I had experienced with other providers, and her in-home care gave my son (and me) the feeling of being cared for by a family member rather than dropping him off to a room of 20 kids with a constant turn over in staff. Another huge plus was that he was sick MUCH less often than in a larger daycare setting. Laura is fully licensed and follows all rules and guidelines to a T, and her care was also reimbursable through submitting receipts to my work's FSA (if you have an FSA option for healthcare). I can't recommend Laura highly enough! She is excellent and if she has a spot open for your little, you should take it!!

The owner, Prinal, is very present and cares a lot about the kiddos. They also care a great deal about finding good teachers and the curriculum is wonderful. My oldest learned SO much within a few weeks of starting in the 3-year-old room. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Aiza. My kids both love her and she handles every question or concern promptly and with care. Also special shout-out to Ms. Leeba, Ms. Traci and Ms. Dawna. My kids have had a great experience with all of these teachers and KA is very fortunate to have them. The cameras are very nice to have peace of mind to be able to check in on your kiddo throughout the day. Their app system to record updates and take pictures is very user-friendly and the teachers do a really good job of updating it so I have always felt well-informed about how my kids' are doing. They also go above and beyond by having family activities throughout the year. It's a nice opportunity to spend more time at the center to get to know the teachers and other families more.

We keep coming back to Merryhill and after a couple of not-so-great experiences have decided it's been a mistake to look elsewhere for a more dedicated and caring staff. We are currently driving about 20 miles in one direction to send our twins here because we know they are loved, supported and cared for by trustworthy individuals. Danielle has been such an amazing principal, going out of her way to help accommodate a quick transition back to Merryhill after our last experience ended badly at another daycare. We trust Danielle and her staff (Logan, Ashley, Dean, Swapna, Suset, Ramya, Monica and Rae, to name just a few!) implicitly and it is an added bonus that they are all wonderful, friendly humans we look forward to seeing every day!

We have had the best experience at Merryhill. We have highly recommended it to all of our friends with daycare-aged babies. We are also so grateful for Ms. Suset, Ms. Kami, and Ms. Ramya in the toddler classrooms. We would absolutely recommend this school to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and loving daycare for their kids.

2023 update- Our time here is much more complicated than what I thought at the time of my original…read morereview. In January I started my second child here at 5 months old. My oldest was 3 and doing preschool there. A few really good teachers kept us hanging on longer than we should've even though things were obviously falling apart. We gave them so many chances (6 director transitions since we started). Each time, a well-meaning person came in hoping to "turn things around" but I finally had to stop rolling the dice with the place my kids spend 40+ hours per week. I did a deep dive into their reports on the Colorado Shines website (now I realize this is essential homework before selecting childcare) and their history + recent events are truly egregious. I'm pretty reasonable and realize that the childcare industry in general is challenging. It's a hard job, low pay, and so much turnover. I also understand that sometimes companies make a bad hire and the behavior of one employee doesn't reflect upon the entire establishment, especially if the offender is fired for their behavior. What I simply cannot get behind is the lack of proactive disclosure when something bad happens. In my experience, they hope parents won't find out about bad things instead of immediately notifying with what happened and what is being done about it. Trust cannot be a missing ingredient with my daycare. I think experiences here are so mixed because they do have some really great employees at times. They often don't retain them but if you hit a nice window where your child's main caretaker is one of the good ones, you'll have a good experience for as long as those circumstances persist. With each teacher that quits or transitions to a new room, your experience is left to fate again. I think the bigger corporate structure is the root of most of the problems and really feel for the collection of teachers at any given time who try hard and care a lot. They need more support, correct ratios, more money, and more breaks. Until they establish a culture that can support those things consistently, I predict the turnover and problems will persist. Near the end it seemed like they'd be losing their license any moment. I'm not sure what it takes to get a license revoked but you'd think child abuse would do it. Not so - they continue to exist on probation. There remains a chance that the current director *could* be the one to turn this place around but I couldn't stick around to find out. They were simple to work with when I wanted to stop attending without notice and didn't ask me to pay at all beyond my last day of attendance so that's one thing they did well. I genuinely wish them success; lots of great kids come here and they deserve excellent treatment. The families I know still using this place haven't shared anything terrible since I pulled the plug and even have shared some positive updates about recent developments with what they're up to so perhaps that might bode well for changes to come. As an aside, Kindercare acquired Crème and I can't yet tell if that's a good or a bad thing long term. Good luck, Crème. Parents, proceed with an abundance of caution.

***Ms. Gretchen | Amazing TK Teacher @ Lone Tree Creme***…read more I wanted to take a moment to recognize my son's TK teacher, Ms. Gretchen at Creme de la Creme Lone Tree location.  My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the lessons and activities H is exposed to each day he attends her class.  He is learning so much, so quickly, now that he is in TK.  We love the summary write ups Ms. Gretchen provides each day on the app, as well as the amazing art projects & work packets that are available for us to pick up daily in H's folder.  She is an absolute GEM of a teacher.  Recently I took H skiing for the day on a Monday to avoid crowds/traffic.  When he learned he had missed his "work" & class with Ms. Gretchen, he was thoroughly disappointed.  He truly loves his school & teacher.  H has been in attendance since he was 15 months (now almost 5) and lil sis just joined recently at ~3 months. We can only hope that she will still be there in a few more years when our daughter, lil sis will be attending TK.  Also if Gretchen were to be teaching Private Kindergarten next school year, we would 100% be interested in keeping H at Creme for that class.
