Publix Pharmacy! I am beyond impressed with the customer…read moreservice skills and professionalism all of the associates at this pharmacy have. Recently my family relocated to the Ooltewah area and I being unfamiliar with the area - the pharmacist has been beyond helpful for other needs I have had that were completely non-pharmacy related!! Such a nice hometown group of associates!! Kudos!!

This Publix, however, has maintained its commitment to excellence. In particular, their customer service has been unwavering and what we've come to expect when visiting a Publix (shoutout to Terri and Maddison who have been amazing). This is the best Publix in this area. They always have items in stock, specials are clearly labeled, and the store is clean and organized. Their hot bar for lunch and deli counter is routinely stocked, looks fresh and clean. Definitely try their chicken tenders or any of their delicious Boar's Head sub sandwiches if you haven't yet. Don't pass up their produce either. They have the best tasting watermelon, pineapple, and cantaloupe. Their bakery is PHENOMENAL too! You will find the best baked goods here that rival the best artisan bakeries. Grab yourself a package of Calypso Cookies, or order yourself a Strawberry and Peach Sensation Cake or Vanilla Almond Cream Cake. You will not be sorry! Also, stop by the sushi counter for $5 sushi on Wednesdays (a great deal)! This will continually be our go-to Publix in the area. Keep up the great work!

I didn't think anything of it as I have previous experience in working at a Starbucks. I went to the interview with HR and the HR person seemed confused. They said the position I applied for wasn't available and thank you for coming in. We then messages about another offer at the same location for a different position. I went to the interview in person again. I waited over 30 mins for the HR person again. i received an offer for lower than advertised for the position with numerous years of current experience level. Basically I am writing this to discourage anyone from searching employment here. If their HR is this messy I can't imagine what working at this location is like.

For all the talk-talk-talk of lower prices, there's little to indicate that very much has changed, with a couple of notable exceptions...... Of course, FC has replaced the BiLo in-store brands with their own Food Club offerings: Prices about the same. Some food genera have shrank: Where three options were offered, now only one rests in the shelf or freezer. (What happened to my bacon/cheese/Angus Bubba Burger?) Beer prices have held steady or in some instances increased. Yes, I know there's always been cheaper sources for basic, everyday brews other than the neighbourhood grocery, but there's a convenience factor working there. I'm afraid the 'tipping point' has been reached on that item. Zillions of isle signs and item $$ signs adorn the shelves: Distracting really. If they keep telling us the prices are lower, maybe enough of us will begin to believe it, I imagine. At this point item location hasn't been affected, but I'm told that's in the works. It is good to see so many of the former employees still working here, with different shirts but still with that great service attitude. The man behind the curtain will have to work harder to make me a fan.
