I asked around Chattanooga and was told I could get fresh MASA for the dough at one of these locations. I called this one and they said they had it. I showed up and in my limited Spanish was able to ask for it. One of the employees got the manager who spoke English and who assured me he would have it ready for me in about a week. I went back in the store, picked it up and was relieved that they actually had it for me. It was wonderful. I also bought a tamale steamer. I also had a couple tacos there while I was waiting and they were very good. The people were helpful and kind, although a little shy and may be suspicious of me being a white woman in the current world with deportations rampant. The store is absolutely huge. Probably the biggest one of their locations and has everything you could want for Hispanic foods and supplies.
