John saved my vacation. Somehow, my hotmail account was corrupted resulting in my receiving thousands of spam messages from around the world. John helped me with my old Macbook that had stopped powering on. On a Sunday, I was able to get him my computer and he diagnosed the problem, for free! and then gave me a couple of options in moving forward. He got me set up with a newer model Macbook and transferred everything from my old computer to the new one, seamlessly. Aside from the fact that the newer Macbook is much faster and up to date in operating system, I would have no idea that this wasn't my old computer. Everything transferred over! Highly recommend using John for any computer problems you may have. He responded immediately to my call and was at my house fixing the issue within 30 minutes. Called several computer technology companies in Park City and was told the issue wouldn't be fixed for 24 hours and that just wouldn't do. Luckily I found John who truly is the "Park City Computer Guy" and I'm back in business with a much more secure computer than before.
