We've used Watchdog for years at our warehouse and offices and have been really happy with them…read more They've always been really helpful, quick to respond and never pushy about upgrades etc. When I really thought they really showed their value was when we moved warehouses. They came over with us before the move to see what equipment was in place and if/how they could work with it. Our plan vaporized however when the other renters left; they ripped out all of the equipment and took it with them (including some electrical boxes?!?). Watchdog took it in stride and made us a very reasonable offer to redo the installation and in the end I think we have a better system now. Moves are always messy, and there's so much going on, it's nice to have someone you can trust to take care of things even when there are unforeseen problems. I definitely recommend them.

I received the bid the following day and the cost was hundreds of dollars more than expected. I then asked if we were to go another route how much it would be. He said he would type that up and get it to me that evening. I received the bid over 48 hours later and still it was hundreds more than I was led to believe it would be. When I called and asked Carter about it, he became very defensive and hung up on me. When I called him back and asked if he hung up on me his response was, and I quote "I have things to do and don't have time to waste on a dumbass!" Then he hung up again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
