I have had occasion to use Express Tech Orem over the past couple of days. The first time was at the request of Apple Support. Upon purchase of a new Mac laptop, I was struggling to get it to properly recognize and connect to my home internet connection. Within moments of taking it in upon Apple's request to Express Tech, Mohammed was able to quickly diagnose the problem and readily repair the issue on the new laptop. Similarly, the next day, I needed to have my old Mac laptop wiped clean and Mac OSX re-installed and they took care of that right away. I had an Apple desktop that was over 13 years old that stopped working. I knew before it was kind of going bad, but I was hoping I could get it fixed. Danny at Express Tech in Orem did everything possible to save what was on the hard drive. He spent days on it and kept giving me options and went above and beyond what I expected to help me. I went in to fix a pair of AirPods that the transparency mode had failed on. I was shown how to know on future pairs if they would be covered under warranty and everything. I booked an appointment online that was super easy, I showed up it was a little before they opened and I was still helped. Super happy with my experience and the communication. My apple laptop was having problems with the keyboard. They were able to help me right away when I walked in. They checked the Apple warranty; turns out, there was a recall on the keyboards of my laptop model and it was a free repair. They texted me an update on how when I could pick it up and it only took 2 couple days, way less than their expected due date. They also wiped down my laptop when I came to pick it up!! The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me, he also gave me information about a different location that could fix my phone since they didn't have my part in stock and would take a week to get it. I took my Apple EarPods in because after over 2 years of their working perfectly, the left one started sounding bad. The technician looked up my model and discovered a recall on it.
