I took it home and found that half of the screen did not respond to any touch, and the color was so far off that it was almost gray scale. I took it back and they did not have another screen in their shop, but called the Orem store and they had one available. I got to the Orem store and they had a screen but the person that fixed them did not come in until 12:30 the NEXT day. I returned at 12:45 the next day and I was told the person was not yet in, but would be in any minute. They told me to leave my phone and come back in an hour and it would be fixed. I returned in 1 and 1/2 hours and they had not even started on it. They hurried to get it done, but it still took about 20 minutes. The phone works, but the color is still off. I only wish I had spent a few dollars more and had taken it to the Apple store. Buyers remorse.

Our tech, Cameron, brought our computer back today. Both he and the owner reported that our computer worked fine at the store. As it turned out the chord which connects the computer to the power was broken. It was replaced immediately by the owner, who drove the part to our home. We were not charged for the visit and our computer works very well now. The only concern was the grounding from our wires in the house. Well... maybe I'll review the physical facility. Parking is decent. Come before 8:40 and you can park real close. After that, not so much. There is plenty covered parking and locked bike parking. Bathrooms (where I am now) are frequently maintained. Very impressed. The faucets glitch out sometimes tho. I also wish each floor had more stalls. Quite rarely I find myself going to other floors to find an open stall to poop, but it does happen. Maybe everyone should just stop writing reviews on yelp while in the bathroom and get back to work. 3 elevators for the whole 5 story building. Never had to wait longer than 15 seconds. Stairs seem to be the better option IMO. We have 2 coke freestyle machines on the first and third floors. Except I work on the second, smh. Cereal bar is ALWAYS stocked and ready to go. Love that cereal bar. They offer twice weekly massages. Dry cleaning is available. They offer daily green smoothie delivery at employees expense. PS4 and Xbox area with the most comfortable and expensive chairs on the market. Not joking about this one. I am most of the time very pleased to come to work each day. Good facility.
