I mean I'm not wrong here. This is basically a gas station. Approaching it, you think that it is a gas station with a Subway. But what you see is that there is way too much going on here. You have the gas station portion and convenience store portion. But then add a car wash to the lot and it gets cramped. Think that the lot is cramped, go inside. Along with the Subway and convenience store you have to add in another section where they also make other food other than the Subway. PNC Bank ATM outside as well. Honestly, this feels more like a truck stop, but on a much smaller scale. I am not sure how they were able to cram so much in here, it sure doesn't feel like just a gas station.
