They could do a lot better having more staff and focusing and speed and accuracy of service. I'd recommend Great Harvest bakery or Grateful Bread instead if you're looking for a local place.

I had a gift card to spend and I was ready to get some bagels for my family. So I explained I had never been there before and I was choosing bagels and adding everything up to equal the gift card value, and then I experienced the MOST amazing kindness from Kenzie, one of the girls behind the counter. When I finished, she said the total was $30.95, and I said oh no, the card was only for $25, and Kenzie said "Don't worry, I can take care of the difference", and I thought wow cool, she'll adjust the price or whatever, and I went to get some water. When I turned around I saw her pull her own card from her purse and stick it in the card machine to pay the additional $5.95!!! So I was like OMG! I didn't want you to pay for part of my purchase!! So I gave her some cash, but I was absolutely blown away by her kindness towards me by being willing to cover nearly $6 of my purchase! It was truly amazing and unbelievable, and Kenzie went above and beyond and she deserves recognition and praise for her huge heart. Not just that but I left with a dozen bagels and between me and my family, there's only 4 left by this evening. They were delicious. Also there was a nice soda machine and some cute tables to sit and eat. Good job Kenzie, and good job the Bagel Co for making great bagels, and hiring amazing people with a generous heart of Gold.
