Wait times are long and it's painfully awkward to wait in line while the person who is supposed to take orders is making coffee right in front of you. The accuracy of hot food is marginal. We did a phone order and they messed it up. No cheese on one crepe and no egg on another. Also, they gave us two cinnamon rolls instead of two caramel rolls which I don't bother correcting. They could do a lot better having more staff and focusing and speed and accuracy of service. I'd recommend Great Harvest bakery or Grateful Bread instead if you're looking for a local place.

Dairy Queen on Prospect Dairy Queen on Prospect, Helena…read moremontana. A 10inch ice cream cake is marked at 41$ in store. I placed my order thru DoorDash, however I picked it up myself. Thru DoorDash I was charged 55.35!!! Almost 15$ increase in cost. I asked the manager and staff why I was charged so much when the cake is clearly only supposed to be 41$. They claimed DoorDash is the one who marked it up. When I called that bullshit, they then said they are charged 30% (?) and have to make their money (according to the girl who works there.. who also claims she makes all the ice cream cakes herself , while also admitting some cakes are bulk ordered premade lol) back so of course they charge more on the DoorDash app. They fail to inform customers of this price gouging difference prior to purchase and do not inform anyone of this massive difference in prices. They went from blaming DoorDash and calling them liars to admitting they are marking up the cost of things on the DD ap to make money back. In my state there are no major extra taxes added. At most the cake would have come to 43ish dollars. They're extorting money out of customers and not allowing customers the option of getting a refund when they get caught trying to rob people. Be up front about the cost differences and notify customers BEFORE they pay one cost over the other. Cause door dash doesn't charge ya'll THAT much more for my order being passed along thru them when I drove to pick it up myself. Shitty DQ. Shitty grasp of ethical code. Shitty staff on every level who refuse to acknowledge the inappropriate price gouging.
