We came to Park and field on a Sunday for the Michigan State game during the boozy brunch. For $50 a person it was unlimited drinks until 2 PM and a breakfast buffet. All in all, I think you can definitely get your moneys worth and it wasn't crazy busy for a buffet set up. Was it the best food I've ever had... no but as to be expected for a bar brunch. They did have a decent number of options and they kept the buffet refilled really well. They also had a omelette station which I appreciated. They even allowed me to build my own egg white omelette. As for the drinks, this is one of few boozy brunches where you can order straight drinks instead of mixed drinks. In Chicago a lot of times you get mimosas or a cocktail that are totally watered down, but here you could get seltzers, beer, and sparkling rosé, and our waitress was excellent in keeping us topped off. 10/10 Experience!! I threw my partners 40th birthday here and seriously couldn't have asked for more. I am not a Chicago local, so I was doing most of my venue research online but I really got lucky finding Park & Field. We had the Lounge Room, which is beautiful in pictures but feels even bigger in person. I was surprised by how good all of the food was! Literally everything that we had brough out was great and the drinks were good as well. Dave was a breeze to work with and was very accommodating to every question or request I had. I believer her name was Christina who was serving our party and she was amazing also. No one had to wait for anything and she was good energy on top of being quick and attentive. She even brought the birthday boy a birthday shot with a candle lit. On Top Of All This - I noticed that they had "40th" decorations on the windows around the room. I think this was such an amazing touch because I didn't ask for that and we didn't discuss decorations. They just knew what the event was for and did that themselves. Came here with a group of 7 and wow Park & Field has officially become our summer hangout spot. The place is super spacious, not too crowded, and there's plenty of room to wander or just chill. They've got games like foosball, Jenga, and our personal favorite bocce ball. We were seated right away and the service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home. We grabbed some drinks and classic bar food. Shoutout to the chicken nuggets and nachos, both hit the spot. I stuck with beer (no regrets) but the rest of the group loved their cocktails too. Later in the night we moved to the fire pit area and they even had s'mores kits. We all got to make our own and it was such a fun, cozy way to wrap up the night. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Park & Field is such a fun weekend brunch stop if you are looking for a bottomless brunch option with delicious food! It has a vintage sports vibe, so there's lots of fun decor. It has both indoor and outdoor seating options depending on the experience you're looking for and you can even play games outside on the patio as well. The service is good, especially for the bottomless mimosa brunch. There was never a moment where my mimosa was empty as they were regularly coming around to give refills. The brunch buffet is by far one of the best I have been too. They have so many options from sweet to savory, breakfast to lunch options, and even hot and cold favorites! You can also visit the build your own omelet bar and the dessert bar. I would HIGHLY recommend brunching at Park & Field if you have the opportunity to. read more

Hosted a 50 th birthday here last night and glad I did. The neighborhood is a bit desolate and parking options can be a little tricky ( we found street parking ) but really this was a perfect spot for a fun, lively, cute and instagram worthy outdoor summer party. The food is solidly good and our gluten free and vegan guests were quite pleased with the clearly marked options we selected for them. Overall our guests particularly liked the bruschetta, mezze boards, cheese board, steak sandwiches quinoa burgers ( my personal fav), salad and fries. Skip the grilled cheese sandwiches ( this was the only item not a hit with our group and we ended bringing a ton home). The venue allowed us to bring in our own birthday desserts which was great and appreciated. Rented the add on camper bar and private s'mores pit which were so cute ( tip - start with just one order of s'mores - people ate way less than we anticipated). Had 2 adorable signature drinks at the camper bar which we named for my guest of honor ( as well as other great drink options). Servers were excellent. Shout out to Amanda and Jada who were friendly, welcoming, efficient and true pros. David, the owner, was easy to work with as well. Our guests ate, drank, played bocce ball ( another highlight!) and roasted s'mores. So fun! Best part is this place knows what they are doing and run as a well oiled machine. No need for an additional party planner. Easy for me from start to finish and made hosting less stressful than other places I have worked with in the past. Hosted my husband's 40th birthday party here in May! Dave was great to work with in the booking and planning process. We originally planned for the party to be outdoors, but Chicago weather said TF not! It was cold and rainy that day. Dave was accommodating and moved us to the main room inside. When we arrived, I believe Dan was there to ensure that everything was set up and ran smoothly. Food was brought out promptly. They let us set up a table for the kids to color at, and they said that the kids could also hang out in the covered bocce area outside! Drinks were flowing, the server and bartender were great. My friend and I came for the RHOSLC housewives viewing party. So our visit didn't start great- I waited for 30 minutes for anyone to come near me. I was waiting for my friend to arrive and talked to two separate guys who worked there. Both of them I asked can they turn the sound on and can I have someone come over so I could place an order. One was a manager as well. Neither came back or helped. They were very rude and unprofessional. Once my friend arrived we went and found Annie who was the bartender. She saved the day. If it wasn't for her I would have never come back and this review would have been one star. She came over and saved the day! She brought us drinks in 2 seconds took our food order and was SO nice. She went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our experience was wonderful. The ONLY reason we will be returning is because of Annie. Woah!! Truly horrendous food & drink. Was initially deceived by the patio/fire pit vibes but quickly you realize everything is horrible and you want to go home. Drinks were offensively saccharine and the menu is one of the most insanely directionless documents I've read in a while. Maybe a good place to have one beer on a summers evening and leave. It's a shame, because it's such a large location and has a lot of potential! But the food and beverage menu needs to change on a fundamental level. First off, Dave, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with. The kids had a blast running around, playing foosball, carving pumpkins, and enjoying all the fun activities, which gave the adults time to relax and enjoy themselves too. I was worried that some of the food would run out but they refilled everything quickly. The options for the drinks were pretty good. For the past 3 years I have raved about Park and Field's brunch to all my friends but it has slowly gone downhill, with this past time being my last. (I was embarrassed this past weekend when I took my friends there) The waiters are super forgetful and not attentive. We had to go to the bar to get drinks because we would order a round and then she would forget and not come back for 15+ minutes. The cherry on top was that our waitress spilled a drink on me and then I saw her spill a drink on a another customer 10 minutes later. The food used to be great and now it is COLD and bland. They also do not have nearly as many options. I miss the order sheets, the buffet style does not keep the food warm at all and cause it to quickly go stale (biscuits, bread, eggs bendict, bread). They also used to give free small shots at the end of your brunch time and they got rid of those. Love the drink choices and the vibe but the food is not good now, not worth the $50 for brunch. read more

Any time I have been here, the food was okay, but the service was mediocre at best. It's too bad- the patio is enormous and cute. My last experience prompted me to write this review. We showed up for brunch, then sat and watched for the next 20 minutes as all of the servers sat and chit chatted with one another. I wondered if we were early- nope, service had been active for an hour and a half. At some point, a dude came and chucked a couple waters on the table, then returned to gossiping with his fellow servers. I gave it a little more patience, but after receiving 0 service for that long, we left. They wished us a good day on our way out- thoughtful! (Sarcasm.) Reserved "the Lounge" on a Saturday night for my wife's 50th Birthday Party. We had 40 guests and I can't say it enough...everything was perfect! The venue was beautiful (had a "vibe" as my teenage kids would say). The food was very good and my friends couldn't say enough about our server "Christina". She was super attentive and friendly. With 40 people constantly requesting drinks, it was remarkable she kept up. The liquor kept flowing throughout the two hours we had reserved for the open drink menu (wristbands are handed out). The price is extremely reasonable compared to the multitude of other places we had called because they do not charge a room fee, but rather a spend minimum. Dave, the owner was so responsive during my email exchanges with him leading up to the event. He was open to all of my asks and worked with everything I had wanted. From the start-time, setup, decorations, balloon delivery, etc. He was gracious and accommodating. If you are looking for a venue that has both outdoor and indoor options, I would highly recommend looking into Park & Field. read more

I love this spot for a great brunch! It has an amazing outdoor area to hang out with friends in nice weather. I went most recently in the winter for their bottomless brunch and it was great! You can drink mimosas, bloody Mary's or rose for your 2 hour table time. They have papers where you can check off what food items you want, and they bring you a plate of each thing. The food isn't amazing, but it's a nice compliment to the bottomless drinks. The servers I've had are great as well. Fun place to celebrate a birthday so I'm sure I'll be back! read more

We sat outside, where there were tons of fun Halloween decorations. They also had a fire pit where skulls were burning (like, skull shaped firewood). Went here to enjoy the heatwave for birthday beverages on the evening of November 8. We booked a table for 8 but the patio was fairly empty so we asked to be moved to a set of couches. For Covid, we were asked to wash our hands before entering (in an adorable little portable sink!) and wear masks when the server is at the table and any time we were away from our seats. The beer selection is great and the cocktails are awesome! After my first beer, I felt a little chilly so I switched to a hot cocktail... and proceeded to drink that for the rest of the night. I can't remember the name but it was essentially a hot apple cider with bourbon. The flavor was great and it came garnished with a candied orange slice sprinkled with cinnamon. It was autumn in an adorable ceramic mug! With the temperatures starting to drop, I'll definitely be coming back to dine/drink outdoors here. I've visited Park & Field twice now for brunch during COVID, and I'm so incredibly impressed by how they run this place. When you arrive, before they even seat you they check your temperature, then everyone has to wash their hands at the sink they have set up outside. This was incredibly organized and made our entire group feel safe before we even started eating. Bottomless mimosas were always flowing, the food is excellent, our waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly, and I love that they still kept the 'buffet' all-you-can-eat option. I have a feeling Park & Field will be our new favorite patio! We'll have to come back for dinner to check it out :). read more

The wait staff was very attentive and came to check on us regularly during our 2 hour time limit. The made to order omelette was delicious and well cooked. Other highlights included the cinnamon waffles, garlic polenta cakes and the crispy bacon. The hasbrowns were a little undercooked. They also only had white toast, which seemed a little odd.
