It was my first visit to your restaurant though my wife has been here before with friends. Chad was our server. He pleasantly explained the drink and dining menus and took good care of us all evening. My bride had her favorite drink, The French Martini, and you guys nailed it for her! I was very happy with the 2025 Pils. Dinner was amazing, Skirt steak for her, brisket for me with Yukon potatoes following salads for both of us. The quality and taste of the food was great and makes us want to come back and sample other dishes. We received great service and a nice complimentary glass of champagne (with Ho-Ho's) to finish our celebration. At the end of the evening we received a big surprise when Chad came over with news that we had no bill to pay as my wife's daughter and her husband had secretly called to pay the tab! So thoughtful of them to treat us and to top off a memorable meal and milestone in our lives.

Where it really started to miss was the overall approach. A lot of "the chef intends this..." type explanations. The indoor plants section was very very tight and small and you cannot push a cart around there unless you're walking straight back to the greenhouse. We watching multiple people bring dogs with to the greenhouse on leashes and also watched them pee right on the ferns sitting on the ground so that's great....

Completely mishandled my online order. Every time I call, I am on hold for at least an hour. Had to…read morecall three times for this order. Had an issue with the order each call (which they don't bother to contact me, they just say the order is processing online). At the end of the call, they tell me everything is resolved and they will ship out by the end of the day. Well, its two weeks after initial placement of the order and I find the order was cancelled. Again, they did not bother to tell me it was cancelled. Had to call to find that out. Item was out of stock...something they could have told me at any point instead of having me wait two weeks. This has to be the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. Zero customer skills.
