Then I saw the price hanging right there in front of us both. SIX DOLLARS AND, LIKE, NINTY-SEVEN CENTS! For ONE?! (Disregard the website price, totally. In-store it's $6.97!) Wait, WHAT?! I told him there was NO WAY I would pay that much! and I left. I drove directly to a Home Depot. I bought TWO of them for $2.97 EACH! Even after taxes, I paid less for two than they wanted for just one and that's BEFORE taxes! He was very rude, disorganized, can not multitask, very dismissive, and a terrible attitude. I bought a 3 inch Korky toilet flapper for $17 for a Mansfield. It snaps on to the front, but a…read morevery small plastic piece broke off. I did not understand how the black rubber replacement piece fit on...but Korky Co. places a rubber connector to adjust size and probably when that plastic piece breaks off which the flapper swings from. I decided to go back and ask for a replacement flapper since the box says 5-year warranty. I explained to the guy I tried to put the flapper on carefully but the plastic piece broke off not knowing what the black rubber piece was for in the box or knowing how to use it. I asked why Leeps would not just give me a replacement since there is a 5-year warranty on the box. Shady, isn't it?? He was doing something else on his computer and seemingly did not want to be bothered. BTW.....It was 430pm and I was the only person in the store.
